The room was large. The shower soaps have wall dispensers, which is preferred over the small bar soaps. The staff was friendly.

There was a strong chemical smell in the room. The quality of the TV picture was poor. Loud noises outside the room and in the unit above started before 9 AM.

WiFi was better this time, it maintain connection the entire time and the speeds were fine as well. They had no issues putting me on the ground floor without having to actually request it. Bed was fine with just the right amount of pillows, and they changed the towels out, not really a huge issue though I don't usually stay long enough to make the request.

Not a deal breaker or a big deal, however, they didn't just use the same card I used to pay for the room but instead it was necessary for me to swipe it a second time while there at the counter for the so called "damage" deposit.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Appreciated them waiving the deposit for me as a local resident!

The toilet was very slow to flush and ultimately stopped up. I requested a plunger and tried to remove the obstruction without success. I don’t mind chipping in, but it would have been better to have a staff member attend to that matter promptly or offer to switch us to a room where the toilet worked properly. Also, it would be nice if there were an additional floor lamp or nightstand lamp in the room. The light switch at the door did not turn on anything as you walked into the room.

The check-in front desk person was excellent, she recognized that I was a veteran from my driver's license and thanked me for my service, room was clean, bathroom was clean, location was pretty much right around the corner from my planned Saturday evening destinations.

Wifi was a little better than fair to fine, have had faster at other locations I have stayed at and it did drop connection a couple of times. A little annoying but not overly frustrating.

the ice machines and vending machines did not work. there was no tea bags or hot water for the tea.

I like how firm the bed was. The mirrors by the sink, I like that lighting.

The curtain hangs slightly over the door causing issues when closing the door. There's slight cracks along the door frame. A tiny spider showed up and I had to fight for my life. Lol. The other guests got into a discrepancy outside at 330 in the morning causing someone's child to wakeup and cry. Which didn't bother me much cause I couldn't sleep anyway and the drama was interesting.

Had all the basics, enough to get a good night's rest. Evening attendant was wonderful---when I asked where the closest drugstore was so I could get some cough drops for my wife, she gave me her own bag of cough drops and wouldn't let me pay her. In a senior moment, I forgot to get her name.
