Quality Inn Orange Park Jacksonville

I've been staying here off and on since the end of December. When I became homeless this was the absolute better place for myself and my family, due to the high drug and crime @ the other hotels in this area. So I was disappointed when going to pay for another 2 weeks we were told we had to leave and wouldn't rent to us and had to be gone the next check out day (tomorrow Sunday, Feb.5, 2023 ). With no explanation I need answers I've spent alot of money here since December til now.

I loved everything we even helped the maids let them take a break while we cleaned our own room on days we worked from home I'm sadden by what's happened to myself and my family. Having been forced to relocate in the crime infested area

When we pulled up to the property every thing was lovely and their was plenty of good parking! The desk clerk was friendly and used to live close to our hometown! Check in was super easy! When we open the door to the room we were hit with this clean inviting scent! Our room was gorgeous with a pool view! All the amenities! Extra towels were provided as asked for! Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance! This has been my best stay in Jacksonville so far!

I have no complaints!

The room Was good for the price and the location was a MAJOR PLUS..WE WASN'T FAR FROM ANYTHING..LIKE FOOD,GROCERY STORES,ENTERTAINMENT, OR CONVENIENT STORES!!! EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT NEAR THE MOTEL..SO THAT WAS A MAJOR PLUS!! AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS A SWEETHEART..I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT ILL NEVER FORGET HER FACE!! SHE WAS ALSO HELPFUL WITH REFERRING US TO GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA!! I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..

The room was clean but it could have been wiped down a little more!! Like the remote was sticky n yucky and it was a few hairs left on the restroom counter!! Other than that it was pretty decent..

The king mattress is very comfortable... 💯💯😎👍.....

That they keep charging me twice for my room and then they won't refund me back my money. That they took and then when you notify them about the issue they lie and assure you that the money will be refunded back to you in 24 hrs and it doesn't this is the second time that they've done this to me I'm tired of them doing this crap I shouldn't have to pay twice for one room for one night because of their mistake and then lose money over it.... I don't have extra money to lose I'm so aggravated with them about this issue they need to stop this nonsense 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬.......

Clean no bugs Great Customer Service Staff plenty of towels Everything Works( ice machine vent machines clean outside nice comfy rooms bed awesome Quality Inn will always be my first choice reasonable prices as well

location and staff are great and rooms are as clean as can with what housekeeping has available

the rooms overall should start getting facelifts seeing how nothing really but the tv has gotten an upgrade the beds and furniture are old and used and the tubs are being painted instead of upgrade.

Very comfortable bedding with padding and a not to thick or thin white comforter on top! Everything was clean and the housekeeping couple here is awesome! We wound up staying longer than expected and They changed our bedding every three days. Not stingy with the towels or whatever you need. Nice little fridge and microwave which was both in good shape! A table and set of chairs too. Most of all no bugs! Hooray!

The first night was noisey because of a bowling alley next door. I didn’t know who it was talking over a loud speaker at first but I figured it out when I looked out the next morning. I guess one can ask for a room on the other side away from the alley but we had settled in by then. Good thing we are late nighters. I still think it’s a ten dollars over what it should be because of the breakfast they don’t have anymore. Bathtub was yelllow and was a bit questionable but We used a towel inside it for our feet. Overall we were pleased.

Love the 2 ladies at the front desk and the breakfast bar on Wednesday morning. I am sorry I neglected to ask for their names. Very very very friendly and helpful with local sightseeing and restaurants. Thank you 😀

we liked the location of the hotel. the bed was comfortable. the covers were so cozy - kept us warm. the staff was nice. the hotel was very quiet.

the hotel was a bit outdated. it needs a good coat of paint and an exterminator for the water bugs. our phone wasn’t working.

The staff was very friendly and it was the first place I stayed at where they cleaned the rooms and made the beds daily.

There were some minor cosmetic issues and the pool closed at dark.
