it was clean, well maintained and offered a breakfast. beds were comfortable

Wonderful friendly staff and quiet extremely comfortable room very spacious very good deal for the location and price. Really enjoyed the coffee and microwave and refrigerator for my son's medications. Mainly it's just very very quiet I felt very safe traveling with just me and my son. I ordered Domino's and it was here in about 20 minutes and there's also a Burger King next door. There is a pharmacy less than a mile away and a Goodwill right down the street that we had fun looking at antiques in. There were four pillows on each bed! And plenty of electrical outlets. We came into town to see family. I did appreciate that we were at the end of the building and had a handicap spot right in front of the room. It also was a great help that I could walk our service dog right outside in the grass.

How to use a dish rag 2 stop up the tub so I can take a bath. There was no way to put closed caption on the TV. The toilet tank lid was not the right thing but very minor deal. I did get a small shock plugging the lamp back in behind the bed closest to the bathroom when it had become unplugged. In the morning and in the evening when people are coming and going must be very careful about the traffic coming around the side of the building but that would be anywhere.

My bed was comfortable and my room was clean. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming to me. There is a public 1 mile away. Convenient location. They had some grass for my service dog. And it was also very quiet. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel when in the area again.

I think the carpets could probably use a shampoo. But I could tell that they do a good job at making sure the rooms are clean. I always tip housekeeping and I tip them for giving me a clean room - not cleaning up after me and I was very appreciative for how I found my room.

The Hotel was clean and property was In mint condition. Just the front desk clerk Patel was AWFUL JUST NO CONSUMER SERVICES!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

From the looks of it I thought it was going to be ran down. But once I got off the elevator I new it was going to be nice in my room. It was beautiful and clean I didn't expect it to be so nice but im happy I stayed there. I am very picky and I was very pleased. I would stay there again if I came back to Jacksonville forsure 9 stars for me.

The hallways to the room was perfect

location was ok, staff was nice and breakfast was ok.

the noise next door in the morning. I’ll ask for the other side next week when we stay. we also had an issue in our bathroom. we get there and the toilet didn’t work. noticed the water was turned off. turned it back on and it was fine. next morning woke up to a leak and water everywhere. they came and clean it up but it happen again the next night.

The room was clean and parking was good.

The shower hardware was loose and not installed flush to the wall. The freezer had a big chunk of ice. The parking lot looks like in was designed for a one way flow traffic. However, there was not a sign indicating flow of traffic. Cars are traveling in both directions. The access at the end of the bldg is only sufficient for one vehicle. I've seen tire skid marks in that area. It's a BIG safety hazard. There should be a directional signs (ONE WAY) for traffic flow and possibly several speed bumps.

The location was great for our reason for staying (Jacksonville Jaguars football game) and from the south the hotel was very easy to get to. Also there were enough parking lots. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Everything worked (wifi, TV, fridge, shower...). The breakfast was good. There was e.g. cereal & yogurt , you could make weapons, bagels and muffins were available and there were burritos that you could heat up in the microwave. There was also coffee and tea and juices.

A second seating area would have been nice. Since the hotel was right on a major street, it was relatively noisy in the room and you could hear the traffic. But it wasn't that bad since it got quieter in the night. We had no problem to sleep at all.

The renovation they’ve made are really nice. The curbside view is questionable but when you get into your room you can really appreciate all the work that’s gone into it.

that entrance sign was hard to see. other than that no real complaints.
