Great pool & breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Wished for a later breakfast ending time. Saw several patrons turned away from breakfast for arriving a bit later than the 9:30am cut off… seems like it should go until 10:30 since checkout isn’t until 11am.

the hotel is very nice, the location is very good the hotel is very well decorated and renovated the room is well equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, etc and everything is very clean the bathroom super comfortable

the carpet is very old and needs to be renewed , you see dirty stains

Everything about this place was lovely. The location was central to most areas. We wanted to avoid the toll cost, so this hotel was perfect. The area was really quiet, the facilities were really top notch, and the service from the staff was impeccable. I was greeted with a smile by everyone I encountered from the front desk staff to the wait staff. I will definitely make this the place I stay when visiting.

I didn’t particularly care for the pillows in the room, but I don’t expect plush pillows at hotels. Other than this, there’s nothing I really didn’t like.

i love the bbq they have available for guest use and the fire pit, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN everything the bed the shower, the sides of the beds the walls everything! how wonderful to pay for something and actually receive what you paid for definitely staying again. 7 mins driving from magic kingdom, had a mistake double charge but it was handled

It was the most well maintained and impeccably clean property for the past several months of my constant travels, i was amazed at how comfortable the bed was (as opposed to non-supportive mattresses elsewhere), and even the breakfast was complimentary and we had fun to bake mickey-shaped pancakes right before heading to Disney World. Our room was facing the pool and lake, super nice. Important thing for me that i’m able to open window here. Full kitchen that is well stocked is a huge plus. Superb value overall, i highly recommend.

it was a really nice property, clean and newly built. it had a kitchen and all comforts. The room was cleaned every day. 10/15 minuets from Disney world and 20/30minuets from Orlando universal studios. the bed was good and tv swivelled if you were sitting on the couch or bed. clean and gave plenty of towels.

One day we came back in the evening and saw our door was left open. It was a shock to us. we checked and thankfully nothing was stolen. Also the water in the sink smelled bad. I think Marriott group use recycled water or something because even in their other hotel in cancun the water smelt bad. But overall it was really nice.

Breakfast was excellent, kids loved it. Location was perfect for Disney. Pool area was quiet, plenty of loungers available. Rooms were really clean and generous in proportion, having the kitchen facilities made life so much easier on an evening.

Very little to complain about. If I could make one change it would be to remove the overnight car parking charge (although I recognise this is common these days) but it feels like the hotel are jumping on the bandwagon given this is not in a big city where space is an absolute premium.

Spotless and amazingly quiet rooms with good sound dampening from inside/out. Bathrooms are quite nice--great aesthetic, good water pressure from faucet, and the water was perfect. Nice view of the lake/front lot. The Mickey Waffles slapped so hard.

The scrambled eggs were kind of gel-like, as if they had been steamed instead of scrambled. The towels felt somewhat coarse and crispy, as if they'd been laundered at too high heat and without softener. Paying $5 for faster Wi-Fi is an absolute racket--I just used my unlimited 5G mobile data instead. Also, I refuse to believe that having one glass shower door omitted was a design choice, as some rooms have both doors. I had to put a towel down on the floor to keep it from getting wet.

Everything. The hotel is impeccable. Kind staff. Complimentary breakfast, great bar with cocktails and food, extremely clean, spacious, great tv. Much more than I expected.

That I couldn’t stay longer :)

We booked a one bedroom suite and the space was great for my family of 4. The kitchenette was well equipped with cooking pots, crockery and cutlery which came in handy during the Hurricane Nicole. The laundry service was easily accessible and the gym was decent. Target and Walgreen were Juz a 5mins walk, and PDQ (fried chicken), Wendy’s and a Pizza place are conveniently located nearby.

Hubby found the pillows to be too soft, and they do not offer international adapters at the receptionist.
