Lehigh Resort Club, a VRI resort

All the units have kitchens so not applicable. The staff was great and helpful. I had a toaster go out and they were there with a replacement in ten minutes. The front desk is very friendly and communicates well and answered any and all questions.

It's off the beaten path in the middle of a suburb and there is a only a small sign to let you know it's even there behind a gas station. It's not bad just little odd. I was traveling for work due to the recent hurricanes and the place is set up for snow birds who like to golf. Again the staff and the rooms are are great!

This is a great place to stay. It was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully functioning kitchen. The pool area was very clean with lots of chaise lounges. The staff was very friendly and professional. Quiet, safe, well lit at night. Also, lush landscaping and great views from the room and lanai. Good price for the many amenities.

Stairs to room fairly steep, making luggage/grocery hauling a challenge.

We liked just about everything here and it clearly exceeded our expectations. It may be the friendliest place we have ever visited. There are lots of amenities to keep you busy including a large pool and spa. The 9 hole golf course was in great shape, fun to play, and a bargain at $17 including the cart.

The location is away from things, but there is a Publix and other stores about 4 miles away.

I've stayed at the resort several times. It is always a pleasure. The facilities are convenient, and there is a lot of activities to keep you and your family occupied.

The top of the refrigerator and the fridge door had a ton of dead ants. I did not see any live ones, but they could have cleaned/dusted them off l before we checked in.

we like that it is a relaxed atmosphere. it is a good location and close to beaches and sites that you may want to travel to. it is within walking distance to a few shops, parks and convenience stores.

there were a few glitches with the heater in the hot tub.

Very quiet location, friendly people around in the resort. Bed was comfortable, lots of facilities in the room (it's more like an apartment than hotel/motel).

Location isn't best, but fine. Room does need an update, feels like I'm back in the 80s stepping into it.

Nice pool lots of things to do. Staff was nice

Room didn’t look like pictures,bed had a dip in it that I sank down in. Ice maker didn’t work tv was not hooked up took 45 min to fix it. When asked for new room said none was available yet my sister rented a new room. I was even willing to pay more. Asked for my military discount was told I should have done online now was to late.

The amenities were great there was a lovely pool and huge hot tub as well as lots of games to play.

My only complaint is it the master bedroom bed was too soft. It was like laying in a cloud I sunk in the middle with the bed around me. It was so soft my husband used the Murphy bed every night instead of the master room bed. But we loved everything else about the place everybody was super nice it was clean it’s on the golf course and it’s a pretty good location to get to a lot of things in The Fort Myers area.

Nice facilities, well maintained, great pool and recreation options. Very friendly. There are lots of very nice gas grills for guest use.

There was a grocery store and a few casual food and bar options nearby, but full menu restaurants were farther away.

Lots of friendly people at the resort and when you called maintenance or housekeeping they responded right away.

The mattress on the murphy bed was sagging. Next time we want a 1 bedroom.
