Quality Inn & Suites Lehigh Acres Fort Myers

Place was quite,clean,excellent housekeeping the house keepers name Jara. She is top notch I ve stayed a lot of places and she by far is the best one I have ever met. Breakfast is quite pleasant. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly all but one.

Not sure what her name is but you will tell when you go to check in she is very dry almost cold like it's a burden anyone is checking on or asking for something. Just as example needed quarters for laundry claimed she didn't have any and was very rude. Waited on the evening staff not a problem had as many as I needed. Best thing they could do is replace her.

Breakfast is ready early so I can eat before work. Room is kept nice and neat.

There's a few things I m knit picking about but I figure for the price I pay I have the right. First off don't use there washer or dryer it just consumes money. Old wore out dryer is the worst and you can't tell me they don't know. But I wash my clothes 2 dollars to dry your clothes 12 dollars. Big rip off. Another thing dont ask for a long term rate they don't do that guy behind desk said 7 days and move on. Rude as hell that's what he was. Then also don't ask for change for vending or to do laundry. Women behind desk said she don't count change I needed to go to store sad part she was on phone watching TV and never even got out of her chain. Just plain lazy.

The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. Access to a laundry, great restaurant next door. Nice and quiet. Great AC.

I did not like the fact that we had to ask the Maintenance man who was very helpful to please vacuum the floor that was supposed to be clean by housekeeping earlier in the day. We were constantly emptying the trash and wiping down stuff. I was appalled that we were told that if we caught COVID they were not responsible. Why was this an issue. Lastly the breakfast was aweful. I tried it the first day then decided to do Uber eats for the next 5 days. P.S. had sorts of bites on my leg from something.

First of all, I cant remember the front desk name that checked us in. He was very delightful. He answered our questions. Made suggestions for the nearby restaurants and business's around. The staff was very nice also. The location was perfect. PERFECT. We had no problems with the pool. The room was a little smaller. But it was perfect coziness for me and my man!! I give this place a 9

The check in time is too late. A bigger selection for breakfast would benefit also.

I like the room was clean. It had good amenities. It was overall great experience

I didn't like the price. It was hiked up because of spring break. That's not great. I've gotten that room before and it was only $100. You guys hike it up to 200 because of spring break to me. That's not right. Also the ice machine wasn't working on the floor I was at. I had to go all the way downstairs. Other than that it was good

The location of the property is actually near major shopping centers, supermarkets, and it is very close to a hospital. It very easy to access and exit the property.

I guess the swimming pool could be expanded. However, in no way this means I disliked anything about the property.

We had to evacuate the barrier islands due to hurricane Ian. This hotel was In the right location no flooding and power stayed on through the event. The staff was supportive and went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and safe. The staff is absolutely amazing. They all deserve medals.

The room was huge and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better, but they tried. at least the coffee was acceptable.

Room was clean,towels replaced every day,and there breakfast is well worth it.

Will not haggle on price even for long term stays. Every other hotel will accommodate a long term Stay.

I like staying at this hotel because its near where my best friend lives. On this weekend, I went there because of a funeral. My best friend brother pass away. I know the family so I wanted to be there for them. However, I did have a good stay at the hotel. They also work with me because I had problems with my GPS. I needed to stay at the hotel another night and the front desk told me that it was not a problem. Everything worked out. I would stay at the hotel again.

I like the person that worked the front desk, She was great and friendly. She helped me out when I was having problem with my GPS.
