The location and the modern decor. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was lovely.

the shower took a long time to warm up. The AC defaults to 70 degrees so I was too hot in the middle of the night. It might just be my room.

Excellent location! beach is 2 blocks away, Starbucks, cvs, Art Deco district, and countless restaurants in walking distance. Hotel deco is chic and modern, super clean. As soon as you walk in the hotel, a gentle mist of summer breeze scent welcome you. Very pleasant! Our bathroom ceiling was leaking badly when we checked into the first room, I contacted the property people, and they quickly offered me couples of different room type as alternative options. we are very happy with their quick response and go extra mile to get the job done quickly 👍 Inside the room, we have Safe, Iron /board, microwave, fridge, 2 Starbucks coffee pods, extra blankets, cute accent bed pillow, deco style table lamp, hand sanitizer, a small chair, a big flat screen TV and beach towels. Headboard wall and side are windows, other side of the wall has one huge round wall mirror, so plenty of natural light bouncing in the room. Pretty Shower wall tile and white penny mosaic floor tile in the bathroom. 2 extra rolls of toilet paper under the sink, bath towels are big and fluffy, and a small window. Overall a nice modern beach themed deco style!

The room is very small, no lounging space, view outside the window are another guest’s window, and it’s about 9 feet away, so if you open the shades, you will look right at your neighbors bed, or someone’s balcony.

Location was perfect! Entering and exiting the facility is so convenient. There are no keys and no lobby staff. Room had all the essential amenities.

Room was too small to even hang beach towels. No front desk to leave your luggage at the departure day. No parking available.

The place is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, 5-10min walk to the beach and yummy restaurants around. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The self-check-in is super convenient and we had no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

When we arrived, the room had a strong smell of bleach that stayed for a few hours. It was a bit inconvenient, however, it meant that the place had been cleaned, so we didn't bother very much. There are no lifts in the building, we had to take our luggage through the stairs (our room was on the second floor).

Room was clean, house keeper Patricia was nice and kind. air con works well and Hotel has a good location.

everything was perfect except check-out day, we were late about an hour for check out and The hotel texted a threatening massage. (if you won't check-out we will call the police) it was inappropriate.

Great value & location

I’m not sure if you have a “long term” tenant in Unit 16, but there was an inordinate amount of traffic in/ out of the room, noise/ talking early am hours(3-4 am) and the outside stoop was used as the metal gate was noisy as well. just thought you’d want to be aware- just seemed odd for a vacation/ traveler

This place was remarkable. The location is just perfect - 5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 3 minutes to the nearest restaurant or pub. Also if you have a car it's 3 minutes to the nearest parking. The hotel itself seems to be very secure. The instructions provided by the hotel before arrival (like how to open the property, the code, where to park etc.) were very clear, no issue there whatsoever. The room was very clean and everything that the description says was provided.

The manual to the safe provided was actually to a different type of safe so we couldn't lock it with a code, howerver it also had a key so still we could lock it. But it's really a minor thing.

Very clean, stylish, same or slightly better than the photos we saw online.

Location was a bit more out of the way than I'd anticipated and we didn't realize there was no lobby(quite possibly our bad there!) We got in late at night and spent a few minutes outside trying to figure out how the heck to get in before I checked my email and got the code for the door.

It was a perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Too bad we don't keep up with the news. We were not aware there was an 8pm curfew in all south beach on account of Spring break chaos. So we didn't get to enjoy the night life like we would have liked. The amenities said there was parking but that was not the case. Other than that the hotel is clean , modern , and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Parking and being able to actually get a hold of someone when you call the number provided.
