The location is excellent, rooms are ok, clean and well designed, beach service works well, fitness and part of the staff really wanting to help.
The pool area needs renovation, misses space (several times was completely full). The pool bar is not integrated with the pool, and is outdated missing tables, infrastructure, painting and even and some decoration. This are could be rebuilt having all infrastructure at the same level as neiboring Hilton. But the staff is great and try to do their best to serve.

My family and I was caught in the shoot out in front of us as we were returning from dinner at the Prime 112. I had to run for my life, But was too numb to move, bullets was flying all over and around us. I had to crawl thru the park til safety.

The workers at the beach very mean and aggressive, they wanted us to pay $350 dollars/day for chairs and umbrella. The hotel charges a $35 dollars per day resort fee that should cover this.

Great location, staff very friendly especially pool staff. Richard at the front desk was very professional and accommodating and had balloons and a bottle of champagne sent to the room for my birthday. Both restaurants have great food. Beautiful pool area and easy beach access.
Stricter regulations on non-hotel guests coming into the pool area. Only happened once but the visitors were very inappropriate in the pool area and were not told to leave soon enough. Room # AND last name should be verified before serving drinks no matter what.

The bar prices at Lola’s were outrageous!!!! First night we had probably 4 margaritas between us. Bill: $166.00! Next day at lunch, 2 frozen margaritas. Bill: $48.87!! For 2 drinks!! I felt like we just fell off a turnip truck from New Brunswick and landed in Tijuana. Really felt robbed…
