Crest Hotel Suites

Prior to booking I read some reviews critical of aspects of this hotel. They said the pool was to small,it was too far to get to the beach which offered the free deck chairs. All I can say is some people need to get a life. The pools not huge but fine for a cooling dip and if you can’t manage the easy enjoyable 15 minute walk to the beach or even take a 2 minute bus ride from the stop which is only 100 ft from the hotel then you need to seriously look at aspects of your health. The staff are great,the hotel location is primo and my room was clean and well laid out. I arrived at 10 a.m,well before 4 p.m check in and they were good enough to store my bag,give me a towel and access to the pool till the room was ready. I was really pleased I booked this hotel which was competitively priced to those around.

Mmmm .Not a lot really. Some free coffee in the lobby would have been a nice touch as there is nothing in the room. Also the fridge struggled to keep stuff cold. I couldn’t see any temperature adjustment so maybe time for a new one.

It was walking distance from the Miami Convention Center and the beach for 4th of July photos. Very impressed with my visit, and hope too be back in July of 2024 for the next Miami Supercon.

It couldn't hurt to install a couple vending machines in the future. One for snacks and one for sodas. So wouldn't have to leave the building for a late night snack.

The service was good and the room clean. A/C on the room worked really good. Location was awesome, close to everything

-The pool need more chairs and at least someone supervising as I have seen people eating inside, reason why I never get into the pool. -The elevator was super slow and old. -The towels were old.

Perfect location- walking distance to the best shopping, restaurants, and beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, bed was comfortable, temperature control had a remote, mini frig was good. They are very nice about holding luggage (in a locked room) before/after check-in/out.

The walls are super thin. The pool doesn't have lounge chairs, only regular chairs.

Location is really great! Close to the beach, Ocean Drive, restaurant and bars. You don't need to drive to go anywhere. The room was good, pretty comfortable. Also, the staff is amazing and really helpful.

The room was good, but they don't have a smart tv to allow us to watch a movie. Also, the breakfast isn't good. They just have a black coffee, a muffin and a croissant.

The staff, the beds, and the location were great!

Over priced and the vegan restaurant was over priced. We also has 2 roaches. They were dying so we didn't say anything. And carpet could use a cleaning.

I got a 600 sq foot studio with a kitchenette, perfect for someone who likes to cook while on vacation. There is a nice coffee shop/Vegan restaurant at the bottom of the hotel. Having the Vegan restaurant directly below was nice (I'm not even Vegan, but they had some dishes I liked, and also good coffee/latte/cappuccino) The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away, and Lincoln road is also very conveniently within walking distance, so I appreciated that. The price was reasonable compared to other similar properties.

The pool was a little smaller than I had hoped (but it is more of a boutique hotel so maybe that's normal). Also sometimes I called down to the front desk and no one was there to answer. My studio had nice windows, but they were so close to the stairs where other guests would frequently walk by or hang out that I felt like I had to close the blinds for any degree of privacy. The shower didn't have a curtain/curtain liner, just a glass window that only blocked the front half of the shower area, so if you like to have your shower head on "full blast" then the floor of the shower would be sopping wet. Wifi connection was poor (I suppose that is common among any hotels though). If you are working while staying there I suggest going to a WeWork during the day.

Bed was comfortable, and the suit had a fridge and kitchen.

The bathroom needs renovation, but it was livable.

Location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Room had all the facilities that were mentioned on booking.com. Staff was friendly. The gentleman at front desk checked us in early and thank him for that. Everything was working just fine.

These are not to point to their mistakes but help to improve. Breakfast is quite poor, no protein, no juice, no eggs. Front desk never picks up phone. You have to go down for every request. You have to ask housekeeping at least 3 times to restock shampoos etc and they still get it wrong)) But despite all these minor minuses, the overall stay was pleasant

Staff was great and kind. Location was perfect walking distance from beach and a variety of restaurants. They even have a pool! Room was just perfect, remember you don’t spend a lot of time there anyway! We were very happy. Almost forgot they also have free beach chairs on the beach and free beach towels!!
