AxelBeach Miami South Beach - Adults Only

Breakfast chicken and waffles was amazing lol. Ahmed and Franco front desk staff in the morning were awesome. Beautiful people. We were a group of 10 celebrating my husbands birthday they decorated our room and everything for him. I loved it. Thank you again.

Should be a little bit more accurate on the website with security deposit. Website says one thing get to the hotel have to do $400 security deposit hold. You Should also have more pictures of lesbians, non gays, transgender people. All I seen was men to men pictures. If you guys are welcoming all you should post all on website and in the hotel. Keep the pool open longer we are adults 8:00 is early. We came to Miami to party all night. Especially it being an adult only hotel.

My only suggestion is that because it is an LGBT hotel, the photos in the hotel could have all people in the community and not just gay men with ripped bodies.

Location is great.right at 15th st and collins. One block from start of ocean drive which was blocked from traffic. Only walking biking. Staff was super helpful. MARTIN bellman was a delight and JULI at front desk super helpful.

Pool gets early and mid sun (dec). Have to move to keep up with the sun movements. Pool chairs are nice. Should give pool towels in room everyday not just day of arrival. Had to change rooms twice. 1st had window which would close tightly. And noisy ac unit. 2nd had ac fail. 3rd was best but heard people on floor above walking around and comingnin at 3am.

The front staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially John. This is our second time staying here and the beds are very very comfortable. The rooms are exceptionally clean. They couldn’t do enough for us.

The mosquitoes were crazy by the pool. I guess it has to do with the rainy season but it would be nice if they could spray or just provide spray my husband has more than 150 mosquito bites on him. Also I find it the outside the entrance could be a little bit more chic, and inviting and the pool could be a little bit cleaner or updated. Also, one bartender guy was very friendly but the other one I asked him for help and he was so rude. I just asked him if I could move a chair on the other side and he didn’t want to help at all.

The bathroom didn’t have an ventilation while showering and the room was hot ac didn’t keep it cool

Rooms ! Pool ! hot tub , free breakfast and staff all so sweet and friendly. Also that everyone is welcome here !

Axel Miami: I will start by saying given the current circumstances the property is lively, clean & it definitely gives you that distinctive Miami vibe. The rooms are nice and clean: typical room with two beds - standard. They provide pool/beach towels, as well as a pass to get two free lounge chairs everyday at the beach by 15th Avenue. With your stay you get two free coffee tickets with breakfast. Also happy hour is fun, the drinks wear bomb - watermelon martini, pineapple mojito & grapefruit vodka were my favorite drinks. Their carnitas tacos were delicious. The location is good, walking distance to the club (TWIST,) beach, pizza and Walgreens and shopping. The pool, restaurant, lounge & sauna space was a lot of fun. They have a steam room but didn’t use it, you have to make reservations to use it. There is a dace floor, but it seems to be closed for now or no events took place during our stay - I’m sure it’s super fun when is in action. The staff was friendly & helpful: front desk, housekeeping, servers, and maintenance - THANK YOU. It was nice to see management is approachable and available- Thank you Paola for the great work you’re doing @ Axel Beach Miami. This is my place to stay & meet new friends - the vibe was right chill, friendly, fun 🏳️‍🌈

Our room was a little loud - maybe I’ll choose a room by the pool or in the back next time. I mean it’s Miami & we are all out here to have fun. So not complaining just sharing

It was an incredible vacation. Everything was at the highest level. Very tasty breakfasts, every day you could choose something different. Attentive waiters who tried to do everything possible for your comfort. The room was cleaned every day. It is 2 minutes to the beach and this is the biggest plus, there are many restaurants nearby, although the food was very tasty in the hotel itself, we had dinner several times.

You cannot control the temperature in the room yourself, you must constantly ask the administrator. During dinner, we ordered juice, it cost $5, we ordered because we thought they would pour us more, but the waiter rudely refused us. I was a little confused, because I myself work as a waitress and we always add drinks (coffee or juice) to guests. And paying $5 for a small glass of juice is too expensive for me. Although in other restaurants in Miami they add..

The hotel was amazing, to be honest reading other comments i didn’t expect to have this amazing experience here. From the first moment, they were so welcome and friendly at the front desk, and all the workers there. As a POC Queer, i’m usually scary of how the ppl is gonna treat me in touristic places or etc, they made me and my boyfriend felt no more than grateful and wanting to come back soon! Brianna at the front desk was a sweetheart. The pool and jacuzzi were great, the room clean and comfy, no smells no noise. The location can’t be better and if you smoke you can do it in the back part at the sky bar.

everything was cool

The manager of the property was a young female short with dark hair, I don’t remember her her name but i do remember how kind and welcoming she was. Such a hard worker.She was always present behind the scene helping her staff members stay on task, she had no issues helping her staff members. I admire people like her. She always greeted me with a kind smile every morning along with all of the staff members there.I think the best part of the vacation was interacting with the staff members who were always so eager to help improve my stay in any way possible.

The elevator was bit slow and small but the stairs were right around the corner so I opted to use that instead.
