Townhouse by Luxurban

A very good sized room which was very clean with a comfortable bed. Location is fantastic for the beach, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the nightclubs etc. Its not flash with a big main foyer/restaurant or anything like that, but if you are just needing a bed and somewhere to base to explore the town and beaches, it is ideal and a good price for that. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the road side of the building so it was a little noisy with trucks etc in the mornings from the hotels/apartments over the road. Having earplugs for a sleep in were required. Everything else was fine.

The rooftop was very nice. Nice area

I requested my room to be cleaned and the cleaning staff ignored me. Spoke to management about it and they did nothing.

The location and distance to the beach was good. Travel to the hotel was easy and a well known property. Upon arrival the staff made check-in smooth.

The “penthouse” offered city views but not particularly the most amazing balcony experience. What once could have been an ideal nightlife roof terrace seemed abandoned and less IG worthy. The ‘wow’ factor wasn’t there as one hoped at the rate one paid. I could have settled for just a room rather than splurge for the weekend. Amenities? Smirk.

The location is excellent with half a block to the beach or in the other direction, the main avenue. I appreciate the Art Deco style of building. The room was spartan but clean with attractive bathroom. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

What the heck with the carpet and halls. It makes you feel like you might have accidentally walked into a place ready to be condemned. Any business person with any sense would make an investment in the public space because the impression is gruesome. That said, for me the fact that the aesthetics are not together (including flooring in the room itself) doesn’t overwhelm the positives.

We really enjoyed our stay! We originally arrived in south beach to a location that was not at all how it was presented online, there was food from the previous people still in the refrigerator & we instantly felt very uncomfortable. It looked like a dump compared to online… so we canceled our reservations and last minute found the townhouse hotel & we was very pleased! Staff was very friendly, everything was kept extremely clean! We constantly seen staff in the hallways cleaning things. Smelt clean, we was very comfortable & will be back there for sure. They had a beautiful roof top area, and everything was close by! We got free beach chairs included in our deal, as well as free breakfast in the mornings. Strongly would recommend

Loved the location and cleanliness. A simple yet very comfortable place to stay in a Miami if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. It's not a resort, so keep that it mind.

The lack of parking made it a bit tricky because we had to pay an extra $40 for overnight at a parking garage we found across the street. I don't even think they had a valet option

Beautiful art Deco hotel. Glenn on reception welcomed us immediately, guided us to where the short walk to the beach was, and offered towels if we fancied a warm dip. Very helpful and a friendly first impression

One small gripe the room or reception need coffee making facilities

Perfect location for the event I was going to at the beach. And everyone was amazing! Terry, Aaron, Joel, everyone at front desk felt like friends! Loved it and recommend it.

Mmmm I would have loved to have a minifridge inside the room. And a coffee maker near.
