Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach

Loved the location, the hotel facilities, very near to the beach which had good service . Confortable bed and pillows . Quiet hotel. Nice staff. I higly recomend and hopefully stay there again.

To pay for the umbrella at the beach which is not included on the resort fee. Sometimes they didn't refill the complementary coffee capsules and the 2 bottles of water but when requested they imediately attended. Nothing to prevent us from coming back.

walk in glasses for n shower, with rain shower head and plenty of hot water. free beach lounger, umbrellas and towels for beach and pool. Sitting on sofa, in most Relaxing space along boardwalk, overlooking ocean while surfing free internet, with music pumping streams.

buffet at breakfast- just so so! Ran out of eggs, pancakes, home fries, and staff said it will be out in 12 minutes which was too late. We had fruit and yogurt and granola bowl.

Located at a much nicer end of the beach! Beautiful reception, lovely staff especially Aj who was so friendly everyday and helped us (thanks from zo jewellery, I hope you see this!! ) Gorgeous breakfast, definitely include it because it was devine ! The private beach was bliss, comfortable sunbeds(2 per room) This is my go to hotel for sure!

The beach/pool bar drinks are so over priced. £18 for a margarita which was not of a high standard at all. I would expect a perfectly made margarita for that price. There is nothing else I would change though because the service was amazing.

Nautilus was exactly what we expected, a nice 4 star. The pool area was lovely, not too hectic but still with cool miami vibe music playing - but not too load. the breakfast was great, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beach crew worked so hard and still with a smile and happy to help with umbrellas etc.

The room was a good size, but with a tiny bathroom with nowhere to put anything. The same with closet space, it would have been nice with a chest of drawers or some hooks to hang clothes on. The gym had no sanitiser for the machines or your hands. No towels to dry equipment. And only 1 mat to do floor exercises. Otherwise a decent gym with the essential equipment.

I was nervous to book this hotel based on some of the reviews. I’m glad I took the chance — the staff was lovely and the hotel was comfortable. It is well located right above the craziness of South Beach so it never got too loud and the convention center is an easy walk. While my room was a bit older, it was clean. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you couldn’t hear hallway noise and it’s the same for this. The pool and lounge area is great and it connects directly to the beach. Would stay again — thank you to the staff who made my stay enjoyable!

I didn’t have much of a view but I also didn’t pick an oceanfront room so that was on me.

So close to the beach, the access was so easy. The room was spacious for 5 people. We enjoy most of the amenities, the pool was amazing. The staff were so nice whenever we needed something. Used the spa, great massage and scrub. They have a pretty good gym with weights and treadmill, lifting machine, so if you need to get your workout in, it’s perfect. I will definitely be coming back

The halls in the hotel floors are quite dark so it can give an odd vibe. Things quite overpriced for things as simple as a pastry in the little Cafe place. But I mean, they are in Miami Beach so at the same it feels reasonable. We did notice the beach service started quite later in the morning than we hoped for, I guess not a lot of people go so early.

The room was consistently clean, and the room service was provided daily. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the International Drive road, directly in front of the Orlando ICON. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it to family and friends. I would like to thank the director of the front office Ms. Melody Fischer for her on time support and outstanding treatment.

1. The majority of the staff only speak Spanish, which made communication a bit challenging. However, they were incredibly friendly and supportive. 2. The beach umbrellas are not included in the room rate, they only provide chairs and towels

We just got back from a family vacation in Miami Beach, where we spent 5 wonderful nights at the Nautilus Sonesta. Our experience was great throughout. Before we even arrived the VIP host, Alexis, reached out to us and offered to help with any restaurant reservations and assistance we might need. Upon our arrival our check-in process was extremely smooth with the extra attentiveness of Oscar and we were on our way to the beginning of a great vacation at the hotel. The continuous attention by Oscar, Alexis, and the rest of the Sonesta Team made us feel well taken care off at all times, they ensured that we had the proper service, housekeeping, dinner reservations, and anything we needed taken care of immediately. The beach service staff was also super attentive and accommodating. A special shoutout to Issac, Will, and Valentina who were all awesome! Their care for our comfort was superb! The hotel’s location is great, with fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and notable landmarks in Miami Beach within convenient walking distance. We found the hotel’s F&B to be really good starting from the breakfast and the beach lunch service which were always accompanied by great service from the staff. Overall, we can’t wait to come back to the Nautilus Sonesta Hotel to enjoy the great service, location, and value again.

Room and location was fantastic. Beach was beautiful but paying for a parasol? Come on!!! We only wanted to stay on the beach for around 2 hours and you would rather have empty loungers with parasols than to let your customers use them??? Petty. Also, 4 people stayed in a family room, but as we only had 1 room, we were only allowed to have 2 loungers. When we were on the beach there was around 30 empty loungers, but we were not allowed to use them. This is the first time I have ever experienced such constraints.

Give customers access to the otherwise empty sunloungers and parasols (on the beach).

Location was great, hotel staff was extremely accommodating and we loved all of the amenities on site. The pool was a great vibe, drinks / food were fantastic. Lastly, the penthouse is absolutely worth every penny!

Overall a great stay but a few basic things were missing - after housekeeping came once or twice we were still without toilet paper, towels and a few random things you'd expect. In addition we had to call a few times to locate ice buckets, towels, and other items. Only other thing is we were told a taxi to the airport would be cheaper but hotel front desk but it ended up being more than double a regular lyft / uber.
