Casa Boutique Hotel

Very clean, lovely staff, they accommodated us early when a room became available at no cost, held our luggage after checkout and location feels very safe!

I believe our room was next to the restaurant’s kitchen that is in the same building and it was very loud. I didn’t request to move because we were on the go most of the time and they were closed by the time we got back to the room to sleep.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Casa Boutique Hotel in Miami and I must say that I had a satisfactory experience. The hotel was visually stunning, with beautiful decor and unique architectural features that made it stand out from other hotels in the area. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities that made my stay feel luxurious. However, I did find the hotel to be a little pricey compared to other options in the area. Despite this, I was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, shops, and attractions. In conclusion, I would recommend the Casa Boutique Hotel in Miami to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and unique experience in the city. While it may be a bit pricier than other options, the hotel more than makes up for it with its stunning design, top-notch service, and prime location. Overall, I had a fantastic time at the Casa Boutique Hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Staff and service exceptional. They held our bags after check out due to the flight being at a later time. The rooms were very clean and nice. We got 2 free beach chairs on the beach due to staying at the hotel. Worth the money.

There was a foul smell in the hallway. The room was noisy u could hear the people above us walking and the walls are very thin. Sounds like an apartment complex. There wasn't any breakfast. The restaurant was okay. The food was average a but pricey but service was exceptional.

Lovely boutique hotel right at the heart of South Beach. Nice, clean and comfy rooms and friendly staff.

Prices went up considerably compared to our last visit in 2018 and there are less amenities. There's no basic breakfast any more (there's an Italian restaurant downstairs in the former dining hall) and although you get two beach chairs with your stay, there's no umbrella included any more, so you have to rent one for $20 + tax per day. There's also a $30 daily extra charge that you pay when you arrive ("resort fees"). Also, rooms can be noisy. If you get a room that looks over the loading bay of the post office, be prepared that they will start loading trucks at 2AM and there's no sound insulation whatsoever.

The location was great and the staff were lovely and helpful. Our first room was really noisy; don't book a room at the front! The restaurant located inside the hotel has a speaker blaring out very loud music right outside the bedroom windows until very late at night. After the first night I requested a room change to the side of the building. This room was very quiet. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did eat in the restaurant and the staff were great and the food very good.

my only suggestion is to add some kind of scent to the lobby and elevator waiting area. there was a terrible musty scent when you walk in. some kind of lemon scent would tie in with the “Limoncello” theme.

The location was great, everything was in walking distance. The staff was friendly and you get what you pay for. I can say that we felt safe in this location.

The parking was expensive and it does add up after a while. also I did notice the place had a slight moldy smell, my nose is very sensitive so I noticed it immediately but we only stayed here for one night so it was okay.

Outstanding SERVICE by Ms. Evelin (front desk). Traveled the world because of my previous work but I have to rate Evelin in the top 3. And to imagine that others are 5 star hotels that is located all over the world. This is because, Evelin is GENUINE in her dealings with us and all other guest. Other than that, the hotel is close proximity to everything you need in Miami. Beach, food, entertainment, stores and even the Miami-dade Police station just 2 blocks from the hotel. Lastly, the rooms are CLEAN and smelling FRESH! This is a must if staying in south beach Miami. Only 1 down-side, cost of food and drinks are expensive (in my opinion). But, we’re in vacation so, ENJOY !!! 😎🤩🥳

Just the street noice because our room is facing the street and there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs, so at times, it gets really loud.

Clean hotel with a friendly staff. I was told the bed in my room has a new mattress. Very comfortable night sleep and very good location. Short walk to the beach. You can put your own items to keep cold in the mini bar. I got a very good price on booking.com so no complaints there. Very close to dining in the post office. The Metro Dade city bus that goes to and from the airport stops across the street from the hotel. Bus fare to and from the hotel is $2.25 each way. On my particular day, Lyft fare was $19. Bus takes about 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport.

I stayed on the top floor, 3rd, and the water in the shower never got hot. It was a little bit warmer than lukewarm. The resort fee is excessive. About 25 or $30 a night. You only get a towel and a chair at the beach if you go. You have to go to the front desk to get ice.

the location is great, the rooms are cute, everything is close. the staff are really nice, Alex in front desk was so so SO kind and VERY helpful!! My boyfriend and I loved her and had a great weekend staying at Casa and would probably stay again :)

the price is a little expensive for the quality but I guess you can’t get too mad. The shower was a little gross and the bed sheets/comforter could be washed a bit better.
