Cardozo Hotel

Great Location. Near so many restaurants. Right near the beach. Very clean room. Slept great with no noise outside the room. Great service from the cleaning crew and the front desk staff.

The room was small but enough space for one or two people. The AC unit was a little loud, but I still slept great,

Perfect location on South Beach. Directly across Ocean Drive from Lummus Park and in the Art Deco district. Easy walk to Lincoln Road Mall. Rooms were new tile and beds and bathrooms. The front desk staff were fantastic and moved my room upon request. Sebastian at the front desk was very knowledgeable and efficient and helped with questions perfectly.

House music from the restaurant was annoying on the second floor rooms on the Ocean Drive side of hotel, as was the dinging of the elevator. I recommend rooms on the back side (west, toward Collins Ave).

Location. Hotel nice and clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds

Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Only got free breakfast for adults and not child. Had to pay for the child. Wasn't told on booking which was annoying. Got free bikes but again for adults only. Our little boy was disappointed as he was looking forward to riding a bike on the front. Asked for a quiet room and was given one at the front which was noisy. Got 4 choices for breakfast only.

Second time we have stayed here, perfect location, great little perks too, use of bikes and beach chairs/towels included in your stay. Large clean an all white crisp rooms, feels very cool and airy.

Hard to say anything negative anout the place. we thought it was great.

It was on Ocean Drive and directly across from beach. Hotel provides beach towels and 2 loungers for the beach (company for loungers located on beach). Restaurant and shops were right there too

At this time no parking at hotel,had to park in city parking structure right next to hotel. The parking structure had no working elevators and the stairs were dirty and smelled of urine. Not the best way to start of lil vacation there. Also entrance to hotel was not clearly marked.

Front desk workers Connie and Richard were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was the perfect location for walking anywhere in South Beach and close proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping. Easy access for beach chairs that were provided by the hotel through a third party. The hotel room was very clean and a decent size.

The bed was very hard and rather uncomfortable. Bar staff and breakfast wait staff were not friendly. The hotel restaurant played very loud music until 1:00 a.m. nightly which sounded more like a club than a restaurant and since our room was directly above the restaurant this was very disturbing.

Waiters automatically add gratuity without notification nor how to change it if I thought necessary. Also was not informed when I booked the room that there would be a private party in the hotel that included blaring music that literally vibrated my room from 6:30 pm until 2:00 am. No one offered to refund that night. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well and my next day I was miserable.

Good location in the Art Deco district, lots of Cuban and latinos that made the stay very pleasant

There are lights in a courtyard just below our room that were flashing all night, it was my first night after a long flight from Sydney via LAX and it kept me awake, had to sleep with my head under the covers

Thanks to the public parking lot right behind the hotel, it was easy to park a car. The facilities were modern and clean, I could stay comfortably.

It was inconvenient because there was no microwave oven in the hotel. I hope there's a coin washing machine that I can use after swimming.

Excellent location on Ocean Drive. Our room was comfortable and had everything that we needed - iron, hair dryer, coffee facilities - even paper tissues!

Happy with the room price but the bar prices were very expensive so sadly only used it once.
