Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive

Location great and hotel brilliant. Dont understand bad ratings- nearly didn’t stay here due to them but totally untrue . We really enjoyed our stay here . Staff very accommodating. Rooms spotless and facilities great . Will definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again .

Could have a later bus back from Universal. but number 37 from the park took us back to hotel

The reception staff were always corteous and very helpful, Marianne, Rebecca, Renee, Kyle and the manager Brian. Thank you all. The hotel is very well located, at International Dr., plenty of restaurants nearby, and less than a 15 min drive to Walt Disney World. Also, parking was always available. We could see Epcot far away and Universal right below, from our high floor room. The room was big enough and beds pretty comfortable, needed after 4 days in the parks.

The room had not been clean properly, no vacuum and same stains in the bathroom, had to ask at reception to make sure housekeeping would do a better job, a bit annoying.

location is perfect if you’re going to Universal. The property is comfortable and clean. Great value for the money :)

Location to Universal is excellent. Front desk staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The standard room toilets are particularly low; my elderly husband, although not handicapped, needed assistance getting up from the toilet so therefore we asked for an accessible room. The staff was very responsive in providing us a room-wonderful! However, there is only 1 queen bed and no lounge chair other than the desk chair. The staff did arrange for a chair to be brought in; it was in questionable condition, fabric was torn and stained but doable. The room was clean, but there was no hair dryer and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

probably due to Covid but, the rooms weren’t clean. I actually wrote Sheraton in the dust on arrival and my name was still there when we left after 13 nights.

Loved the location so close to universal Bed was so cosy Room was big and clean

We werent at the hotel very much, only to sleep as we were at the parks But nothing to complain about

Was in walking distance of Universal/City Walk. Walked there with 2 kids really fun. Quick drive to sea world. Lots of restaurants in walking or short driving distance. Across the street from universal hotel which is cool to see.

Shuttles ran very little and the timing was super limited for them but being in walking distance kind of helps combat that, though after a long day at the parks a shuttle would be nice. Wish the hotel itself had more food options/a restaurant in it. We needed up walking to IHOP next door but really wish we could’ve stayed and eaten at the hotel.

The lady with the coupons at the corner desk was very nice and talkative. The guys that helped us at the check in desk were nice. The place was clean. It was our first time there and it definitely was nice. Breakfast 😍.

The only complaint is my boyfriend was asking questions about the smoking area. The security guard that he was asking was rude. He didn't seem to want to help. He was blunt saying outside which we knew that but then after being asked outside where he just stood there and pointed. Asked again he blowed. Which pointing doesn't really help because he could have been pointing meaning in the front by the doors. And when he blew his breath that just was really rude. It was our first time so we really didn't know. I just found the Hotel online and liked the reviews and pictures but besides that everything was nice. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Orlando

I loved clean it was…also I loved the view that they gave me looking over the front street.

it was a smell soon as you opened the room door…it kinda smelled like a molded smell. It wasn’t very bad but you could tell it was there.
