Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Orlando Resort & Suites Intl Drive

Super nice staff especially Cary (pretty sure is her name) , beautiful lake side view, very clean rooms and perfect location. Hotel close to everything. Was able to walk to stores and restaurants. Loved the pool area as well.

The breakfast assortment was not great. Honey buns and fruit were only options. Better suggestions for grab and go would be muffins, granola bars and more fruit options. Most days only apples were provided. Enjoyed the coffee, water and juice provided. Pool closing at 8pm was rather early. Didn't give families time to relax after long days. At least 10pm would have been nice. Rumpled pillows that felt like handfuls of stuffing were used to make pillow.

It was right on the lake and close to every theme park as well as entertainment and food

I’m not sure if this was because of the location (near a large body of water) or because of the people next door, but tiny little ants would appear in the bathroom in small groups which we ended up having to call them to spray the area. Then these small roach looking bugs( I’m not sure what they were actually called) appeared in the bathroom 2-3 at a time and at one point 5 appeared but only in the bathroom - and we are very clean people so this was odd. I ended up calling maintenance again to spray all corners of the room and from that point to check out we didn’t see anymore

We had a fantastic stay, our room was spacious and so quiet - we slept so well! The bed is super comfy and huge and the cooking facilities were great, you can ask at reception for pots and pans and a coffee maker if you want one in your room. Breakfast was good, basic things like cereal, bread, pancakes, fruit and eggs which suited us. The pool and hot tub were good and usually not too busy. Hotel is really safe and secure with keycard entry and there are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance on International Drive. Really close to Universal, plenty of Lyft and Uber drivers in the area for the 5 min journey.

There could be more variation at breakfast. Shuttle service to Universal is at only one time per day at approx 7am which is NOT convenient

They staff was very rude, they was men fighting in the lobby. When myself , my husband and children. Were checking in . I booked #2suites Niether one had cookware i had to called several times to receive them even then the front desk staff asked us to come from the 11th floor to the lobby with no way of bringing they storage tote of POTS &PANS BACK UP TO OUR SUITES. The housekeeper pretended not to speak English ,she never came to give neither rooms with service of cleaning and giving us fresh towels. The whole stay i asked front desk they claimed she was coming to us. The rooms were missing several different items like tissue, no phones worked in either one , no iron. It was my 35th birthday and it was very unpleasant stay. I asked for a partial refund i never heard anything back. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT!!!! I WOULD LIKE AN REFUND PLACE BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD LIKE THE WAY I PLACED MY PAYMENT FOR THE STAY. BOOKING YOU GUYS NEED TO CARE MORE FOR THE NEW CUSTOMERS. I JUST STARTED USING YOUR WEBSITE AND EVER TIME I BOOK WITH YOU GUYS YOUR ALLOWING ERRORS, WITOUT CHECKING THE HOTELS. THE LAST TIME I BOOKED THE HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING BOOKING YOU GIVE ME A CREDIT I CAN NOT USE. I ASKED FOR A CASH OR DEBIT REFUND. I AM SOOOOO DISGUSTED I'VE BEEN AN AUDITOR FOR 15YEARS WITH 5-STAR HOTELS. BOOKING YOU HAVE DONE MYSELF AND MY FAMILY AN GREAT DIS-SERVICE BY representing me and my family in such coordinates that you have allowed me to book rooms at hotels and you do not defend me as your client I am honestly disappointed with you guys.

The staff were so helpful in particular Corine and Hilda.

We arrived early around 11.30am. I asked if we could use the Club Access facilities as this was the room we booked. They said they couldn't which I didn't understand why as normally hotels will accommodate your needs till the room is ready. We were allowed to hang around the pool area downstairs, but our room wasn't ready till 4.25pm. I had emailed ahead of time to ask for an early check-in and was told they would try. I was a bit disappointed when my room wasn't ready till after 4pm, which is the normal time for the room. I appreciate the hotel would try to give me an earlier check-in but it wasn't guaranteed,, however, the room wasn't ready till after the 4pm time.

clean ,walking distance to everything the entire hotel is very clean customer service is very good . when booking it says breakfast included but you also received an welcome drink and snacks. I love it my family loved it most definitely coming back . this is super great for family and people who’s on a budget I’ll rate this hotel 10 out of 10

the average cable . I think the should get Netflix or smart tv where guess can log on to Netflix or whatever. ps just my opinion. the cable was showing fine is just that my family don’t really watch cable tv

The hotel was fantastic! The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the nearby theme parks. We were pleased to find a variety of gift shops, grocery stores, and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

The only minor inconvenience was the crowded breakfast area, which is a testament to the quality and popularity of the breakfast offerings.

I liked that I was able to get the room I thought I reserved, last minute . It cost more but got it.

The breakfast was poor and some staff not so happy. There's no laundry room in all floors and some dryer machine don't work good at all.

2nd stay here for us ! Same room, we had a handicapped accessible room. Plenty of room, easy to get to (although quite a lip to get over at door) close to pool ramp and hotel lobby. Close parking. Shower/bathroom quite accessible for us. Pool/hottub had a nice ramp for access and also a ramp inside to get to the breakfast area. Hotel lobby huge, nicely decorated, comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating.

Window overlooking lovely lagoon was quite dirty, room dated a bit, but very fine for our needs. Small Fridge/freezer/micro

Room had all kind of views land water and pool it was very comfortable . Location wise was awesome close to a lot of restaurants and gift shops. Breakfast was free and that’s always a plus eggs ,bagels cereal , ext

I wished the equipment of the food was more organised instead of waiting in line for a long time to get the toast done half of the toasters didn’t work also the pancakes machine was very slow to get to tiny pancakes also housekeeping every3days But overall it was a great vacation
