Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-Apopka

I love everything about the facilities.

I didn't like the fact that she charged my credit card when I clearly asked her not to. I wanted to use my debit card that I used to book the room to pay for the room but she told me she needed a credit card and that it wouldn't be charged, it was just for holding just in case. Then I look at my credit card the next day and she charged it anyways. No it's not pending it's been charged and the money they took off my debit card was refunded and total charge on my CREDIT CARD. She just did what she wanted to do

Friendly staff, quiet location. Near food and shopping. Closer to Univetsal, but we went to Disney. E en though it was a long drive to Disney , he traffic was nonexistent. Everything in the Disney area is a mad house! The breakfast area was clean and good. The selection was good. Will stay again.

No daily cleaning service. Our toilet overflowed, and there was no ones to clean it. It was Christmas so my husband asked for a mop and cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own to clean and sanitize the bathroom. Also someone on our floor reeked of Marijuana.

Location, room size, cleanness, overall look of the building

The kitchen staff needs training, both days they were out of breakfast @ 0900, no eggs, no waffle mix, no pastries, no coffee, had to wait when that should be continuous supply until 10am. They should keep an eye to see what needs to be re-supply before people have to ask. The “small” convenient store needs better selection. Coffee and hot water should be available 24/7.

We travel to Florida every couple of months to visit family, and this is the best hotel stay we had so far! The digital check-in and app was convenient and easy to use. The breakfast each morning was incredible for a hotel breakfast – lots of options and great food. We look forward to staying at a Hampton Inn again soon.

We wish they had been better enforcement of masks and other Covid policies, but we understand that many in the state of Florida has different perspectives on the pandemic than we do.

Just what we expected, from the staff to the room it was awesome, I like the location as well because it is off highway 95 south so we just hop off get some sleep and continue the next morning down to Florida since we we were traveling from New Jersey and got a little tired driving.

Everything was just great nothing to complain about.

The cleanliness throughout the facilities to include room and bathroom was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Hand sanitizer stations throughout were a plus. Breakfast was good, hot and had a good variety. The employee in the breakfast area was very nice. Check in/out was very expeditious. Very peaceful during the night time. Location was perfect for shopping plus multiple dinner locations.

Some guest would ignore the number of occupants or family on the elevators during COVID. Small detail - Windows need cleaning from the outside to enjoy the view. Slamming of doors early in the morning (0630-0730) - There were a couple of families with 3 or more small children (age range 3-10) running from one room to the other and slamming the door with the deadbolt in the extended position that would make the walls tremble.

It was very clean, very good breakfast, the fact that they do not accept pets is a plus. Sometimes you ask for a non smoking room and the room smells like someone smoked there. This room smelled great!

When we arrived late at night, It was difficult to find a parking space. There were trailers and motor homes using two to three parking spaces. Also, it is not close to a major highway.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We requested extra towels and the staff brought them to us immediately. There was a problem with the toilet flushing and maintenance took care of it within 10 minutes.

I did not have one thing to complain about.

The breakfast provided was delicious. The rooms were spacious. Its a great location from all the local parks.

The bathroom curtains were torn and had holes in them. We waited a while to be checked in while a woman was on a private phone call.

Breakfast was good and a lot to pick from each morning. Very clean. Front desk staff was awesome. The room was nice.

The pool. Not being able to use it sucked. But letting us use Holiday Inn pool was weird but nice
