Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center, Fl

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they made you feel welcomed. The cleaning staff was excellent and brought us anything we needed from towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The restaurant was nice and the food was good.

I didn’t like that the refrigerator in the room didn’t have a freezer and credit card reader on the washing machine was not working properly .

there was no option for free breakfast like their sister hotel, which wasn’t much difference in $ or amenities. I wanted to purchase something from the shop and there was no one at counter check me out. (wasn’t late). there was a large stain on the carpet.

helpful staff and lots of amenities. The breakfast is a la carte and the food is above your usual continental buffet... very good.

not much to dislike, other than the crazy bar prices. Wanted to indulge on a nice cocktail and when I saw the prices, I just ordered a beer. Mind you, I live in Miami, so I know a thing or two about steep cocktail prices, but in the middle of Apopka? No way.

Very clean and up to date

You had to pay for wifi, and they allow dogs to sit in the dining area while we're eating, I did not like eating my food while 3 different families had there dogs sitting right at the tables while I'm trying to eat , I get there a pet friendly place but leave them in the room while your eating

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. It looked like a nice area. It was $10 per person minimum for breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a free breakfast at the rate we paid.

This tucked away Hilton Hotel was a great value. It has a great little restaurant and bar. Staff was courteous and accommodating. The mattress was quite comfortable and the room was energy efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were in bed by 11:00 and there were still people in the pool. Although we were on the 3rd floor which I believe was the top floor, we could hear kids screaming in the pool. Perhaps a sign reminding swimmers to be courteous might help or close the pool at 9:00 pm. Also - maybe upgrade the toilet paper a notch. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great breakfast and the front desk people were very nice.

Couldn't work the microwave. The maintenance man came up but didn't show us how he worked it. The phone in the room was dead.

How clean and quiet it was.

The expensive drinks we had ($22 ) for crown royal and ginger ale. For the price to not have a continental breakfast included Charging the incidental fee of $200 for our the 4 days we stayed and then having to wait to get it back.

Beautiful brand new facility. My only complaint is the room and lobby have an overwhelming artificial "Scent" piped in like potpourri. Many people have respiratory issues and will be affected. Not all places need to smell like an artificial flower.

The staff, particularly Paul at the front desk.... AMAZING. They answered all of my questions and were just super pleasant my entire stay. The hotel grill and bar was amazing. I did have to pay for breakfast but it was only $10 for what I ordered and it was so good. I also ordered dinner almost every night during my stay and the salmon was the best I've ever had.

The location was a little questionable but the hotel premises were beautiful.
