Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs

I paid extra to have breakfast included and still had to pay extra for a cup of coffee. I asked for decaf and it was instant, not brewed. Very disappointed. The TV offered room service, when I called for room service was told there wasn’t any. Need to update your information.

Breakfast was not very well and changed our mind to return to the hotel in the future. You ask us to pay for drinks and quality and variety of your breakfast were so poor. We were disappointed unfortunately

Really nice hotel inside. Bar and restaurant very nice. Rooms big bright and comfy. Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't catch the breakfast lady's name but she was Bosnian,very positive and could hear how friendly she was with us and everyone who came in.

Only down side was check in. Have a feeling the girl checking us in didn't actually work on front of house or was new and left on her own. Either way it was a bit rough.

Very nice employees and very clean enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect

Everything was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Called for extra towels and they came within 5 minutes, requested sheets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed and I received them quickly. Hotel is near lots of shops and restaurants

Waste baskets in rooms are extremely small so they fill up quick, especially if you travel with kids, but they came and retrieved any trash I had when i called once it was full.

The location was perfect for everything we had planned for the weekend. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very big and comfortable. Food was so good. The whole stay was amazing.

The A/C in the room kept cutting off so that would leave the room hot on some days. We had to put the A/C on 60 degrees just to get some cool air in.

We made a request Everything was great also when we needed to change rooms there was no problem doing. Our air conditioning in the new room got to hot we made a request to the receptionist got someone to fix it I will be staying with you all again thanks for everything ❤.

I liked how the hotel itself was nice and clean. The hotel room was big and spacious. The bed ad pillows were very comfortable and the hotel food was probably the best food I've ever had.

The property was beautiful! The rooms were clean and up to date. Our first room had problems with the air conditioning so I called the front desk and she immediately changed our room. No questions asked and was very kind about it.

They did not have any sort of complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was $13 which was high for what you got.

Very nice facility with nice social area and bar and coffee shop. Room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. Would recommend to others. Good price.

We could hear the people in the next room through adjoining door part of the time. No maid service.
