Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Maitland - 1776 Pembrook Dr

We swam in a pool. It was not really hot outside but we did it. And we were glad that pool was opened. After wind it had some leaves but we were still happy to swim there. Room was clear. Microwave worked. Room had a strong strange smell. After 10 minutes you get used to it but when you come back you feel it again. Air conditioning worked, towels were clean. Normal shower with hot water. No problem if you come at night. Our flight was later when we expected but we didn't have problem to come to hotel. About breakfast. You can eat oatmeal, cupcakes, protein bars. Coffee with cream. Unfortunately hot water for tea was with coffee taste. My daughter can't drink it.

The location is not directly in the city (and not at all next to Orlando), and so it is very quiet. The rooms are very big and you find there a lot of space. Things like the bathroom looked a bit old but still in good condition

The breakfast was promoted as great but it was under the average. Just a bit of oats and coffee (that was still cold), nothing warm, no juices, no waffeles,…

The room was spacious and we got a free upgrade to a studio with 2 queen beds in 2 rooms. Wonderful, spacious apartment.

Everything was good, but some suggestions are: better lighting in the bathroom, and a full length mirror.

Clean bedrooms with nice stuff, nice ac equipment and pretty surroundings. It felt pretty safe as they closed the doors after certain hours. Also a good grab and go breakfast. Pretty simple but enough to get you going for a bit.

Well stocked and clean.

Several smokers out front. Provide a place 20-50 feet away with cigarette but receptacle available and/or a smoking room that has negative air pressure and exhausts air to the outside. Glad no smoking is enforced in the building.

Breakfast was consistently well stocked with various items; all pleasantly displayed; staff are super friendly and couldn't be more helpful or courteous...and able to answer all my questions and meet all my needs.

Everyone is very patient with all the problems that had been created by the 3rd party.

They had a cart for people to use which wasn't available or wasn't in good enough shape to use.

The staff went way above to help us. Gave us extra pillows. Gave me cream for my son's medicine. I missed breakfast they went in back gave me a muffin and coffee. They could not of been any more pleasant. They went way above and out their way to help me. The bathtub is big and clean.

Nothing.

They have excellent management (Isabelle) and employee's. They are all extremely professional and very customer oriented. They take care of any problems that may arise immediately.

The pool has been closed for about a year now. Also the gym is still closed. All other hotels have reopened there pools and gyms.

My kids and I had a very good time at this place. It had everything we needed!

The bathroom tub wasn’t as clean I would like it to be but still manageable.
