Monumental Hotel Orlando

The price of our stay was cheaper than most places per night. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet as well and loved being by the elevators.

There was SO much space at the pool and barely any seating or lounge chairs! You've got all this empty space, it would've been nice to lay out on a lounge chair. Also, most places have a container with pool towels; we had no clue where to get them and they were basically washcloths once we did get them from the desk. Breakfast should be included. Our rooms view was terrible but I dont really care as long as the room is a good value.

Front staff girl was very nice and friendly. We were not in contact with any other staff. Location. We liked that it was located away from the attractions but still close to them without having to get on the interstate.

Restaurant was closed. Bar was closed. Palm frons were everywhere on the property. They were getting picked up, but way to many for the one guy. Parking lot and drive up had sink holes covered in plywood. The towels were floor mats. Very rough. Pool was green when we got there, but it was turning blue when we were leaving. Room did not get serviced.

The hotel is clean but it does need a bit of a face lift, could use a good pressure washing and new paint. Furniture outside needs to be replaced. Ice machine is only available on the 1st floor. TV did not work was replaced but the tv was very small

The air conditioners rumbled the windows whistle the shower pressure was terrible no hot water

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The second room we were in was amazing. The pool was quiet and clean.

The first room we were in had a leaky air conditioning unit that made the room stink, however the staff were amazing and moved us to an upgraded room the very next day. The exterior could do with a coat of paint to tidy it up.

A great place if you are not looking to spend a lot of money to sleep. The outside needs care the inside is beautiful, clean and comfortable beds. No food available inside but plenty of places to go really close. Quiet place and clean. No Housekeepers to clean but you just ask and they get you any extra that you need.

The parking area is not real close. The grounds could use some cleaning up, trees trimmed, weeds pulled, The building needs a good pressure washing or a painting. A little more lighting in the front entrance would be helpful too. I hope next time I visit the restaurant is open and the bar

The place was older yet worked well for what I was needing. The room was quiet and clean overall. I really liked the view of the pool. I didn't use any of the other facilities, but they were there and available.

The hotel is a little outdated, but not bad. The pool looked like it could use a resurfacing perhaps because of noticeable stains, but I would have still used it.

As expected, nothing fancy, the place is a bit dated but its fine for the price.

The floor of the pool was not clean, so they could take care of that better. breakfast was average, better off going to ihop across the road.

Low cost, quite. Was too cold but the pool looked nice. Good location to parks and convention center

Flat pillows, no breakfast included, must pay over $10 for2 eggs, bacon, toast. (IHOP is across the st though)
