the cleaning, of the room and the bathroom, the beds, the breakfast (you have to request it with a waiter, and there are options to combine, it is not what you want. It is not like serving yourself what you want, you have to combine. information would be good if they let the passengers know

I would like to inform you that my stay had paid for 4 breakfasts and when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist who was there gave me a "voucher" with only 2 breakfasts, the person who was at the hotel that night wanted to charge me more than 2 breakfasts, each one for $15. Alleging that what Booking.com offers is wrong, and when some write it is "special requests" that is answered by Booking.com. they are not responsible for anything. I had to show her the messages they wrote me “from the hotel” so that she would understand. Now I ask: if she wants to charge breakfast to each passenger, where does that extra money go? ….

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel, we love staying here as our in between resorts hotel. It’s comfortable, affordable, clean, perfect location to Disney and universal, and the staff is always top notch! If we were not Disney vacation club members and we wanted to stay off property for a trip this would be the place to stay! They even have shuttles to magic kingdom, Disney springs, and Universal studios/CityWalk! I’d definitely recommend this to a family on a budget looking for a great off property hotel!

Great breakfast and amazing cleaning ! The pool is great and heated we loved ! And its a perfect location close to Universal Disney parks and Seaworld ! Thank you IHG great location !

i just dont liked the cleaning bedroom process and not cleaning everyday because of covid which is not valid anymore because of the reopen process i dont think that is a excuse anymore... and the long waiting for the check-in process ....

We love how cozy this hotel is. The beds are 10/10 even more comfortable than my bed at home. Showers are amazing no issues with the pressure . The sun blocking shades are a great touch no sun comes in at all. Our microwave wasn’t working so we went down to the front desk and the staff personally heated up our food in the back and gave us napkins and utensils. The service here is awesome really, they care about their guest. We won’t ever stay at a different hotel when coming to the Orlando area .

They were out of food, rooms didn't get cleaned, never had clean pool towels. The one morning my husband got waffles and he got eggo waffles because they were out of real ones and they still charged us the same amount. I had to bring out my trash and get new towels myself. I think they are just understaffed and not their fault. All staff were accommatadating and nice. The facilty is fairly new and I hope they can resolve these issues because it really is a nice place.

it’s in a great location to reach many attractions, shopping, dining and central to the main highways. staff was very friendly and helpful, nice to talk to a happy face who’s doing their job correctly.

breakfast shout be buffet style, this was the first holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in that does breakfast this way, just hate it.

The rooms were Very clean, Kids friendly and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to make sure that your stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

I cannot say that I did not like anything about the property. It is so peaceful and it is the best place for a getaway and I took advantage of the area because you can walk to dinner check out the shopping outlets and the area view is also amazing.

Excelent location if you are goiong to Universal Studios or Disney. A lot of great malls around. Super clean and conftable, the value of what you pay and you get its great. Very satisficed.

The Staff in the check out wasnt friendly

I liked the customer service and cleaning staff, the cleanliness and freshness of the rooms, the gym, the location to shopping malls, the parking, the meditation room, and the comfortable mattress, the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave available for storage of leftovers and reheating. It was accommodating.

The pullout couch in the Queen and King Suites are great for young children to sleep on but for teens and adults, its best to book 2 standard or adjoining rooms because the mattress on the pullout couch are too thin. The carpet in the hallways kept the noise level down but made it difficult to transport 4 wheeled suitcases. Thank goodness you only had to do it once coming and once going.

Decent location. Plenty of shopping/dining options within walking distance/short drive. Hotel itself was clean and well maintained. AC worked great. Not luxury, but definitely an comfortable and affordable option :)

The only downside was attempting to add an extra night to our stay. The price went from about $87/night to $187. way out of our budget for this trip. Was understandable the cost would increase due to it being a Friday and booking the extra night attempted Thursday, but such a drastic price increase was not anticipated. I wouldn’t say this hotel is worth that much per night, imho. we ended up booking our additional night elsewhere.
