TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

I love love this hotel.The staff was great especially France i think her name was. After a 17 hr delay she made sure our room was ready when we got there.. the room is a plus u can cook and there is also utensils provided by the hotel. The hotel is near to Disney spring and also not far from icon park... i love the pool . The breakfast was good but i wish they would change the menu sometimes .. i had a great drink at the bar also.. i love the big shower in the bathroom.. i will certainly go back

It was our 1st visit to Orlando, Florida and with deep research over Google and other websites, we opted for this property and it stood beyond expectations. It was our 1st Marriott Bonvoy stay and truly it took care of us as their own family. Check-in was smooth and we reached before time and they adjusted us immediately. As we booked a family suite with kitchen, the room has everything required although we carried utensil with us, which returned back as it is. Thank you. The stay was comfortable and we walked nearby places to explore too. Just in 500mtrs walk, we found supermarket for our needs. Also the property has inhouse pizza restaurant however you can order your own too online. The pool was well taken care off and kids loved it. The property has onsite barbecue options in case you wish to use it. The coffee is available 24/7 and you could fill water from the water station too. We didn't used the parking however it's available at addled fee (reasonable). The property is ideally located from all attractions and free shuttle service is available at scheduled times. We used it as well and the timing was prompt. The breakfast is complimentary and it takes care of the morning needs for almost everyone. Although we couldn't extend our stay as the property was fully occupied, we had to move out to other property after our checkout because our flight got cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. But no complaints , as they tried their best to check availability and felt sorry that they couldnt accommodate us. They also have onsite laundry (self service) and kids zone which was exceptional. Last moment we booked another Marriott property in Celebrations but there is a huge difference between both properties and there was no match to TownePlace by Marriott. We will.definitely recommend it to all we know who plan their trip to Orlando.

Housekeeping didn't happened during the stay. I don't know whether it's a hotel policy or their was a way to request for it. This shouldn't have been informed while check-in but still no complaints. We kept the room clean ourselves as our own home.

Such a beautiful hotel. My kids loved the little droid from Star Wars and Tea Cup from Magic Kingdom. Definitely set the mood that we were at Disney! Our rooms were very nice. I had a single king suite. Perfect for me and my two children. The kitchen was fully stocked. Small pots and pans, utensils and such. I had no idea when we booked so i didn't bring anything for cooking. We ordered pizza and wings from the bar. But they have so much more and it was very good. I called and ordered from my room phone and then they called me back when the order was ready for pick up. Breakfast was free in the morning, the only negative for us was no pancakes/waffles. My kids aren't into eggs, potatoes and sausage. I was told it was due to covid, so hopefully they'll bring that back soon. They do have bread, muffins and bagels as well. The pool was so nice. Some people don't like that it's in-between the buildings but I actually liked that idea. After being in the sun all day at Disney it was nice to have some shadey areas to sit in. I'd say half the pool area get sun and half is shaded. The little splash area is perfect for the little kids. The whole pool is only about 5ft deep so nothing crazy but nice for relaxing. We saw the game room but didn't go in. Good size plus not many people inside. The location is about 15min from any of the parks. There is about two to three different ways to go which is nice when i-4 is backed up. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by... I was alone with my children so I didn't venture out. But there is a Starbucks less than 3min away! The hotel didn't have iced coffee.. :( so I always hit that up before heading to Disney. They also have a minimarket. It had snacks, sodas, energy drinks, sun screen, goggles, and a few little Disney themed plushies. If I had a suggestion for here... maybe stock some pool arm floaties! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

No pancakes/waffles. However, you do have a full refrigerator and freezer in the room. You can use the toaster downstairs if you wanted to bring your own. Its definitely not a deal breaker but my kids are picky.

They charge you $20 daily for parking.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Check in/out was very efficient. Our room was as nice, spacious and clean as the first. Overall property brought a cozy and warm feeling. Breakfast was great. Location was convenient and close to whatever you'll need.

Wishing the pool was more heated (during the winter times). My daughter was looking forward to take a dip and have fun, however, the water was just way too cold for her.

The location was very good. It was clean and silent.

The breakfast was the same every single day, eggs and turkey sausage, waffles just Friday to Sunday.

everything was great my two problems was I couldn’t talk to staff at breakfast because nobody understands English in the kitchen and service staff just one lady knows a few words enough to make you mad thinking your getting somewhere but actually she’s just saying yes or no to questions she doesn’t understand SAD it America people at least have some English / Spanish speaking staff to help translate I’m not mad they have a job I’m mad the owners didn’t put English translators with them…when I checked in the First Lady had the biggest attitude I guess my low hat shorts and T-shirt made me look like I shouldn’t be there but the attitude I got from her had the other lady upfront not take. over ide of left and rated this place a 0 but not all workers are made equal so I’ll let that go but she needs to be put in the section where you don’t talk to guest wow unbelievable I make soy of money never let a hat and T-shirt fool you people treat all who come to be served the same people that’s it everybody should get re carpet and all the staff but the owners and lady at front desk did so at this location good job y’all good job overall.

The location was great! Many stores and restaurants within driving distance. Everything is very well maintained, and the rooms are very cleaned. They do have a fire pit (added bonus)!

Although the location was close to many stores/restaurants it is off a very busy street. I’m unsure if having the pool between the two hotels and right behind the lobby (while everyone that walks in or around the lobby can see). I thought the pool was heated( as it stated in the description) but it clearly didn’t feel like it the first night we were there.

It’s was nice clean safe location quiet and peaceful. The pool was so warm and beautiful and I love the customer service. I would definitely come back again for another trip. Breakfast was good me and family enjoyed it well.

Only one time available to catch the shuttle bus to universal studious.

Great looking facilities Helpful staff

Lunch service from bar area should start around 12p instead of 4p. It makes it more convenient especially for families with kids. Also We needed help to light grilling station because controls were difficult to get going.
