Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-Drive Orlando

We are Vistana vacation club owners and this was our first time staying at this property. We were pleased to find the property was incredible, rooms were beautiful and staff was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We stayed in a double lock-off in one of the newly renovated buildings and they spared no expense. They don't have cheap hotel furniture- it's heavy, beautiful, modern high quality furniture. I was very impressed. The rooms were large and had everything we needed, including full size refrigerators in each unit. The property grounds were impeccable. I saw people cleaning all over the property every time we came and went. The lobby smelled and looked glorious - Christmas tree was already up and beautiful. We visited 2 pools - the one with the pirate ship geared more for kids and the main pool behind the welcome center. I love that they had funactivities for the kids at both pools. We didn't eat at either pool but saw people's food and it looked delicious. They have a large convenience store on site that has a Starbucks and lots of healthy alternative snacks which we were pleased to find. They are also conveniently located near Publix grocery store (less than half a mile away). We came for a WDW trip and we're also very excited to find that it was no more than a 12 minute drive to any one of the 4 WDW parks which was AWESOME. Couldn't believe how great the location was for that! All in all it was a fabulous stay, this property is run and feels like a 5 star resort and our kids said it was their favorite "hotel" so far. We loved it so much we took them up on their departing offer of a 3-night stay for $99 (yes its a timeshare presentation but worth it to stay at the property again!). We can't wait to go back and already planning!

The one and only thing I wasn't happy with was that their checkout time is 10am. That's really early when most hotels/resorts are at least 11am. On top of that I requested a late checkout and was promptly told no they're not offering that. I understand how room turnover works however I also know that 1 hour more would have been a huge help for us. She didn't even check to see if my room was needed, just a flat out "no", so that was disappointing.

Beautiful resort and not a bad building on the property. Easy walk to both pools, lots of room in the condos, and great amenities. The kids are 4&7 and loved swimming under the big waterfall at the main pool and the waterslide at the smaller pool. Plus, the resort offers a variety of daily activities, two playgrounds, and the main pool has airbrush tattoos and hair braiding that they loved. It was also a very easy and close drive to Disney and right next door to SeaWorld and Aquatica.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic. If I had one wish it would be for more vegetarian options at the restaurant, but they did have some healthy options that I appreciated!

The property is well kept with nice amenities. The pool and work out areas were clean.

Our only problem was our Lanai was cut with a razor blade so someone could enter one night. I went to management and they offered to repair it but did not seem overly concerned. I told the manager that I was nervous about the fact that someone tried to enter our room. He offered to have security come by. I asked if this happened often but he said no but on the other hand he was not very surprised. I lost a night of sleep and thought more of a compensation was in order.

Everything, the place and the view breathtaking and is very beautiful, the staff very friendly ,the pool is amazing, heated and a very friendly environment for family, is my second time in the property and I loved everything about it. The laundry, the jacuzzi in the bathroom, the fact that you have everything in the kitchen, the location of the resort, I just love and totally recommend this place.

This second time was a little different for the first time because of Covid-19, so the pool of the Pirate Ship was close what totally upset my four daughters because they are looking for it in this vacation, but totally understandable.

Great value for what you get. Villas are huge, you have everything you need in the kitchen. Big hot tub, comfy bed, nice water pressure, variety of pools, free WiFi, free parking, interesting discounts in park tickets, dinner shows and other benefits. Great location. Close to premium outlets, Sea World and not so far away from the Disney springs area.

The market place has mostly packed snacks like chips and candy. A bit more of fruit or vegetables would be nice

the facilities here are amazing! 3 swimming pools which are great for all ages. Large and modern fitness rooms, tennis and basketball courts and they even run daily events such as poolside bingo and activities for children if you are spending time here. The resort itself is beautiful with designated walkways around the whole resort which makes it accessible. There are BBQs located throughout the resort so it’s excellent if you want to grill, unfortunately we didn’t get to make use of them during our stay but would definitely come more prepared when staying again. The rooms are spacious with a well equipped kitchen and even have a washer and dryer in the room! This was our second time staying at the resort and it was just as good as we remembered! we can’t wait to stay again!

the resort is very large so depending on the building you are staying in it can be quite far to get to the pools or the marketplace.

Had a late meal in restaurant and purchased some necessary products from on reort shop. Prices for meal ok. but shop expensive. For example a bottle of Josh Chardonnay in resort $29 and local supermarket $11

Loved the full size appliances, great bathroom set ups and really loved the comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the screened in balcony overlooking the pool. The pool with the waterfalls was beautiful.

I was asked if I wanted to schedule a time share tour of the facility when I checked in. I told them I had zero interest in the tour (which I was offered a $150 gift card if I took the tour/went to presentation). I was called 3 more times during my stay to ask if I wanted to take the tour. I didn’t realize when I booked this hotel that it was a type of time share. I thought it was just anotherSheraton location.

Amazing value for the area great location and proximity to parks esp sea world! The staff is so friendly all the time and very helpful. I stay here when I come for a quick wind getaway so fun fun kids relaxing for adults. The market omg the market is great!! Has everything and anything love it!

My room had a very musty mildewy smell I was disappointed in that since my last stay was absolutely amazing. It was a bit outdated as well but that didn’t bother me as much as the smell.

cleaning from housekeeping wasn’t up to mark and most importantly it’s a shame and sad that cleaning is Provided only if we stay for a minimum of 8 nights. though our request for room cleaning was still accepted, which was kind,though our booking was for 6 nights. Frasiya or Friya (apologies as I don’t remember the exact name) the duty manager was very kind to accept the late checkout request. lastly too much push to get enrolled for a 45mins session to buy a ownership status despite we rejected we still rcvd multiple calls at our room while we were asleep, this was quite unpleasant.
