I traveled to Orlando with family to attend the 50th Anniversary at Magic Kingdom. After a long, and exhausting day, our checkin experience went smoothly, 10/10 for service. Our room was impeccably cleaned, and overall cozy which to me it's a win because we rarely do hotels. Breakfast was amazing!!! Loved the Mickey Mouse waffles, they were everything! Great experience.

The room has a good kitchen. The staffs are very nice. Breakfast is good.

Due to COVID 19, there are few shuttle bus from hotel to Disney available.

very clean and it so close to Disney and also had walkable stores like target and several restaurants.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The facilities were more than adequate and well-maintained.

The breakfast was monotonous. There could have been a change in the variety of dry cereal (e.g offer raisin bran and frosted flakes) and the kind of fruit (e.g offer grapes and grapefruit) ever other day. To see the same menu offerings every day for 6 days was a turn off. I was surprised that there was not daily housekeeping service and there was not sufficient attention to detail. I had to call the front desk for toilet paper on one occasion during my stay. On another occasion that my room was cleaned, the housekeeper threw away a cup that I left on the sink and moved items that I had placed in specific locations.

Decent and enough food for breakfast Close to disneyworld, there is shuttle for $5 round-trip but can use Uber, Room was so spacious with nice well equipped full kitchen and felt like home 🏡 .Excellent on rooms ,bravo there!!!!!! Perfect game room for kids Very nice pool and is huge. It's one of the best hotels for families and was clean, no complaints.

Same scrambled eggs,sausage patties at first were soft and juicy, next day was sliced bacon?? Not sure what those round slices were, then last day were almost dehydrated sausage patties,not nice.Please keep the juicy pork sausage patties and rid the other ones ,these are best.Eggs can be fried some days but I guess scrambled is easy for many people.

I stayed 15 days with my family at the hotel and we had a very good stay. As for the location, the hotel is close to the Disney parks and consequently a little further from the shopping / outlet routes (20 minutes). The room was spacious, had a full kitchen, good beds, pillows and shower. Friendly and helpful staff, facilities in good condition and good recreation area with swimming pool and games room. In a small mall in front of the hotel you can find Wallgreens and Target which were extremely useful in addition to Starbucks, Five Below, Wendys and an excellent pizzeria called Piedology (try it). The hotel also has a small gym which was also useful to keep training for 2 weeks.

The breakfast could have a greater variation of items, as we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and the items served were basically the same, in the end we no longer had the desire to go down to eat. In any case, it was a good breakfast, honest for what it was proposed and paid for.

Highly recommend to anyone. I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids and the staff is very friendly. House keeping kept the room spotless and even went above and beyond washing the dishes and putting them away for us and even picked up our dirty laundry we had in the corner of the room and brought up a basket for us to use during our stay. No more than a 10-15 min drive from all the parks at Disney. The restaurant flamingos at the resort is exceptional however I only recommend ordering the pizza from there food wise. I rate 11/10. I will definitely stay here every trip to Disney for me and my family.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room (room 601) and it was great for our family if 5. It faced Disney so we were able to watch the Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks from our window. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, but was fine for our little one. The breakfast was great with tons of the typical continental buffet breakfast options. It was in a great location near a Target and restaurants and only 10-15 minutes from the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Would have liked a water slide, slash pad, or playground for the kids.

The hotel was so clean and so nice. It was perfect for our family and very accommodating to all our needs. The pool area was beautiful. You are able to use the amenities in both hotels. My kids really enjoyed the frozen yogurt machine and game room. We had dinner from the restaurant one night by the pool and did lunch another day poolside. They have a decent free breakfast that we all took advantage of, a couple of times. I was pleasantly surprised they had a guest laundry room that we used. Target and Walgreens were right by the hotel in walking distance which made it so convenient for anything we needed during our stay. I will say we missed the complimentary shuttle to Disney, but that was our fault. We just took an Uber since it was so close. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The room had an almost full sized kitchen. It was neat and spacious and could be used in different ways-- just like being in an apartment or a house. I liked the body wash, it was moisturizing and really smelled good. The breakfast was just right and even offered a non pork option one day with turkey sausage. My husband said he liked it better than double tree which we use every year.

There was not much we didn't like. One day we asked for extra wash cloths. They were never delivered. The front desk staff apologized and offered us water to compensate.
