Fairfield Inn & Suites Palm Coast I-95

the location to anything you needed was perfect! The property was quiet. Breakfast was ok. I also liked the shampoo, body wash & conditioner bottles on the wall in the huge walk-in shower(probably my favorite)

Our room didn’t have any trash bags in the trash cans & being they don’t clean the room but every 3 days when staying so many days it would make sense to make sure each room has enough of stuff for those 3 days. Ex. Trash Bags, towels,toilet paper & toiletries etc

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was amazing. They were having trouble with printers and card readers that could have been stressful checking everyone in, and yet they maintained kindness and professionalism that I witnessed my entire stay from 6/30-7/3/22. I don't typically experience that kind of kindness in hotel stays that was extended from the front desk staff, maintenance and those providing breakfast! Breakfast was awesome from hot breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and amazing crustless quiches. 2 waffle makers were available, in addition to muffin choices, cereal, fresh bananas, and juice and milk options. The hotel location felt really private, was close to local stores/restaurants,, and a short distance to beaches. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very clean with extra towels available.

The mini fridge actually didn't have a top freezer section that I normally do have in other hotels I stay at, and it helps to have that for long stays. This time I had to bring gel packs to ice a knee injury, However, their staff offered to keep my gel pack in their freezer!

when you are handicap it is very difficult when all the the spots are filled and you have to walk from the far end of the parking lot. when we booked we were told when we got to the hotel we could use our points for our stay. when we asked to use our points we were told only when we booked?????

Just what I needed. Perfect location, good breakfast, great price.

My closet door was broken and the bathrooms could probably be updated.

The check in attendance was sneezing all the time and her mask was not covering her nose all the way, she was touching her face. The toilet handle was not working so we have to take the cover off in order to flush the toilet. Other room was offer but we already got installed when noticed so we choose to live the hassle. Some People and children at breakfast were not using mask cover while serving themself. It was very uncomfortable.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. The location was perfect for our destination. Would have liked some hot waffles to start my day off though😩🤷🏼‍♂️

Breakfast was a little weak.... the guy working the breakfast area was very accommodating just not a very big selection. Breakfast is the most important meal for a long trip!

It was so clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed, but didn't need them cause everything else was on point! The bed was super comfy, don't think I moved all night. There were a few good eating places, as well as a Wal-Mart, and a gas station within minutes of the hotel. Will be staying again for sure!

The only "issue" we had was that there were no trash bags in either of the cans. The coffee in the room wasn't my favorite, and that's just a flavor opinion. Just me being extra petty though, no serious dislikes/problems.

breakfast was good, but it was better old way, eggs, sausages and bacon should be served separately, not as a sandwich most people now trying to eat less carbs
