Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Palm Coast

We liked the way the room was designed and how the furniture was positioned. We liked the comfortable bed, the fact that we had both a firm and a soft pillow to use was great! We also liked how peaceful and quiet our room was. We liked that all was very clean and neat. We liked the originality of the shape of the shower! We liked the staff very much; they were friendly, professional, helpful and funny all at the same time. We noticed the cleaning crew doing a great job throughout the facility and they were very courteous and had a smile in their face.

Even though the chair in our room was very comfortable, it was peeled and worn out so needs to be reupholstered or replaced to make the room perfect. The pocket door to the bathroom needed some paint. The only "inconvenience" in the bathroom design is that one would have to open either the pocket door to the bedroom where the cabinet with the sink is, or the door to the shower to use the shower to properly wash your hands. This type of modern design is made so one person can be using the facility while the other is using the sink outside it.

This Inn is immaculately maintained from outside the building to corridors, elevators, pool areas, lobby, etc! The staff was friendly and beyond accommodating. Rooms are spacious and well lit. The beds are very comfortable with multiple pillows of various firmness. Ample hot water and air conditioning was cold and efficient! I am so appreciative of a place that is pet inclusive and not just dog friendly! I am very impressed with this property, location, and value.

It would be nice to have some breakfast offered other than just coffee.

Room next to ours on second floor #225 there was an argument between the occupants that we became aware of at 3:50am. on February 25th.. The room occupants were screaming at each other and throwing bottles and what sounded like pieces of garbage receptacles and large furniture being shoved into the walls. The doors were being slammed as well. This impacted several other guest of the facility. The staff was able to calm the situation and escorted the offenders out of the building. The incident inside lasted until 4:15am. But the removed occupants restarted their argument in the parking lot behind the pool which went on until one finally left at almost 4:30am. Needless to say we and other guests of the Red Roof + didn’t get much rest that evening.

The morning desk clerk was very rude, not welcoming at all. The afternoon desk clerk was very nice. Upon checking out the male employee, I was not sure if he worked in laundry or maintenance, but he was on the elevator with my daughter and I, we had our hands full with luggage. As we went to exit the elevator, he cut in front of my daughter very rudely. The coffee machine in our room was dirty with a white residue all in side of it, so we could not use it. The water pressure in the shower was not great.

I love the hostess Miss Tammy and Miss Amanda so looking forward to coming back wonderful customer service I love that the cool was right there unfortunately I wasn't able to get into the pool but definitely next time I will the housekeeping staff was wonderful everyone was up to par so looking forward to coming back

Just the fact that the electricity was out for a while but that was no fault of the establishment we dealt with it

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and if you didn't want to drive, Cracker Barrel was in walking distance. Convenient store nearby if you needed anything extra. Staff was very pleasant and check-in was quick and easy.

No breakfast. Would have even liked a continental breakfast which is quick and easy.

We liked the space, plenty of towels, lounge, and laundry facility. You can make change to wash and dry. Very nice pool. Love the dog baggies : ). Really enjoyed the location was a short drive to Flagler Beach as well! Pets are welcome in area beaches.

Breakfast would've been nice, but there's coffee and water in the lobby.

The hotel was very clean. Not swanky but very nice. The room we stayed in had two double beds. There was plenty of room for two of us. There was a pool & hot tub but we didn’t use those amenities. The wifi was great - 5Gs. it is right next to a Cracker Barrel so it was easy to walk over for a quick dinner. It was easy to access from I-95 but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Would most definitely stay again.

I have no complaints about this property.

large well equipped bedroom and bathroom, fridge and microwave in the room, very large comfortable bed and pillows. good swimming pool. clean towels everyday and a safe in the room

a bit isolated. no food not much choice around either. not easy to walk anywhere

I was charged $6 per day for use of safe that i did not use and have not yet received a refund at check out i was told i get the refund when the manager arrived its been 3 days no refund i am about to call now to speak with manager
