Palm Coast Hotel & Suites-I-95

no one at front desk and I was overcharge different from price on bookings.com and no one at the hotel would help me, told me to contact bookings as they are the ones that overcharge and then booking tells me it’s the hotel. so getting the run around about being over charged, I was not happy!!!

The staff is always courteous and helpful with any request I may have. The rooms are clean but the interior hallways need some attention. The area to walk your pets is outstanding, plenty of room to where you really don't need to worry about running into other pets. The location is perfect located off the main drag and surrounded by places to eat and shop actual walking distance even an ice cream parlor.

The only thing I don't like is the 3:00pm check-in time. This has been an inconvenience for us because our trip is about 436 miles and we like to be on the road around 5:00am to beat the rush hours in the major cities we pass through. Sine we come 3 times a year They have allowed us to check in early the past two trips so being a regular does has it's perks.

Very happy with the room. Large room king bed. Sofa. Comfy bed. Entire floor was nonsmoking. The carpeting looked brand new in the room and I asked the front desk clerk as we were leaving if it was new. She said it was just cleaned (shampooed). Said Days Inn has certain things be done yearly to maintain their standards. Nice breakfast room. Breakfast was basic continental. Muffins Danish English muffins raisin bread bagels cereal toast juice coffee tea. A toaster.. lots of butter jelly cream cheese. Read reviews and others in this area were awful. I went with this hotel based on reviews. Thank you reviewers. Was very quiet. Is located way in the back of a shopping area next to and beside a Home Depot. No evening traffic.. Would definitely stayhereagain. We didn"t use the pool but it was a really nice area. They have coin laundry available.

Nothing loved it.

The woman at the front desk in the evening was extremely helpful. She was gracious about giving us towels and the necessary toiletries we needed. She was friendly and always a pleasure upon entering the hotel in the evening.

The breakfast was very poor. They ran out of coffee 2 of the 4 days we were there. One day there wasn't milk for the coffee. The selection was very limited as compared to other places we stayed at. The room had a horrible musty smell. I could even smell it on the linens. This was a turn off for me. I've stayed here 2 years ago and did not come across these issues. The toilet continued to run unless you jiggled the handle. Overall, I'll find another place to stay on my next visit.

Liked the very comfortable bed. Room was very clean . I checked in at 3:30 pm and it smelled like detergent still. Sheets and bathroom extra clean.

First day, breakfast was perfect, even chopped fresh fruit available. Next morning it was the left over fruit from the day before...not ideal , I didn't eat it but the rest of the breakfast was ok. Not eggs or bacon but great variety of cereal, juice, different pastries and bread to toast on a toaster right there. Plenty of milk and coffee , so the fruit episode was forgiven. Last day of 3 , found a very small roach in the bathtub. I hate roaches but it was really small and it's Florida ! I know they come from the drain, specially when it's been raining several days

Room was spacious and comfortable. Great location to explore the area.

NOISE!!! Some sort of banging from mechanical equipment. I actually thought it was maintenance in progress until it continued throughout the night. Also, breakfast items included NO ITEMS for lactose intolerant.

The continental breakfast was ok , I really like the location lots of good restaurants nearby and acess to I95 and A1A was awesome.

no cups for coffee in room and only a half roll of toilet paper, plus I dont think room was checked all weekend for towels and such.

The staff always friendly and the room is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and the coffee is good. The location is perfect practically everything is right out the door but far enough from the main road that you don't here the traffic.

My wife and have been here 3 times now and I've come to the conclusion that some of the guests have no respect for the property, they just throw their trash off to the side. I don't know if Days Inn outsource the grounds maintenance or not but this is my only complaint.

I have to say that the the receptionist lady that was there was is extremely nice. She made us feel very welcome and this has been my 2nd stay there. I definitely stay there again when I come back in July.

The only thing I wished was that they had a little bit more of a hot breakfast choice.

The location was perfect only two minutes from my parents house. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Property was very quiet and clean.

The bottom of the pool was very stained and made pool look dirty. Area by pool house had standing water and some green algae. We had no desire to go in pool because of look.
