We did not know that there was a breakfeast. The place was excellent. All the staff and we saw and dealt with everyone, were all excellent. They all made sure our stay was fantastic.

There was a homeless man sleeping on a couch on the 8th floor. That was the floor we were staying on.That was very scary when we found him sleeping there.

This hotel is a top-notch. From the moment we walked in , we felt the calmness and comfort that we needed for our vacation. The receiving area smells amazing . The staff were exceptional , Kudos to Karen and the other front desk personnel, and to Nieves and her team from housekeeping. (Sorry for not remembering all your names but you really made our vacation great. Thank you! ). They have the most comfortable beds. Our unit has a full functioning kitchen, with oven stove, coffee maker , dishwasher , a big fridge, toaster and lots of kitchen stuff that you can use. They also have a washer and dryer . They provide detergents and dish soaps. We were at the top floor and had both the bay and the beach view. Beach front location was a bonus. It is close to Pier 60 and the restaurants are nearby . They also let you use their beach umbrellas, chairs , paddle boards and beach toys for kids. Thank you again. 😊

The loud sounds from the AC closet in our King Bedroom but we were able to deal with it. We were all happy and tired from swimming everyday so we did not really had a hard time sleeping at night with that loud AC sounds. 😊

This property is on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach, which is a huge plus since we were there during busy spring break! The beach is right out your door and it’s so amazing!! They provide beach chairs/umbrellas, toys etc. Our family had a 7th floor Beach facing 3 bdrm 3.5 bath that was plenty of space for 7 people. Our extended family had a 2 bdrm on the 3rd floor that was also wonderful! The pool was nice with a bar that served some food- just enough to keep the kids from “starving” before dinner. Well stocked kitchen, short walk to restaurants/stores, convenient onsite parking, and breathtaking views make this a place we’ll definitely come back to!

This was the best experience from start to finish. When we arrived and every day thereafter we were greeted by exceptionally friendly helpful staff. The building was kept very clean and orderly. The location was awesome, it was only a few blocks from the marina and shopping, which made the beach a preferred location.

I really liked everything. I do think the bar could be improved. The drinks we had weren’t great. There is no food service, so we used Uber eats and I highly recommend the short walk to Clear Sky restaurant.

Fabulous staff and very clean accommodations.

The ocean views are not like in the pictures. Most of the rooms have very partial views of the beach. The hotel sits back from the beach, there is a parking lot and a few houses between the hotel and the beach. If you aren’t about the beach view it is a great place but the pictures on Booking.com are a bit deceptive when it comes to the view. Additionally, there was a $19.69 discrepancy in price. While this isn’t much, the Booking.com price wasn’t honored.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was well-located at the beach. The property was new, modern, well-lit and has several perks like surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, shower to rinse off as you left the sand, and in loft water / ice dispenser, full kitchen and courtesy champagne every sunset. Bonus, the laundry detergent and dryer sheets to use during the whole stay.

The air-conditioner unit was loud and located in the closet of the master suite. The pool was small and crowded, but this was summer (expected).

I loved everything about this facility! Since we decided to fly in with a child we were worried about not having things to do with him. this property had everything we needed and more! the chairs and umbrellas that we were allowed to check out through the property was amazing and very much appreciated due to the fact that we did fly in. The property was around a 9 min walk from different shops and restaurants. & if you decided to go somewhere else they have a taxi service on call that was very punctual. Also, the bedding in each bed was exceptional and had a very nice memory foam mattress that was very nice in each room. the view on the gulf side allowed us to watch a sunset from our balcony which was nice if we were too tired to walk back out to the beach. I loved this facility and will definitely be coming back for future vacations!

absolutely nothing!!

Excellent location, minutes from the beach. They let you borrow beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The suite was super clean and very confortable. Karem in front desk was very profesional, polite and very sociable and the rest of the staff as well. The poll is small but perfect and bartender was awesome, she help us and recommend places to eat. We are very happy with this place and definitely we are coming back.

Paid for parking

The size of the condo was great, parking in/out was easy. Very clean and modern. Staff very friendly. Location was great. Close to everything, but not in the busiest part of the strip.

The noise from the air conditioner. The unit is located in the master suite and was very loud when it kicked on/off. Kitchen had no real hot pads and could have used some larger skillets. Pool very small. Would prefer to have the 'hotel' set up and manage the beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. It's a lot of work to carry this stuff to and from the beach along with a cooler and other items.

The rooms are spacious, newly refurbished and with very well equipped kitchen. Rooms and hotel grounds were clean and you could see staff working throughout the day in the halls and pool grounds to keep everything perfectly clean. Hotel is located just next to the beach with nice views from balconies and pool terrace over the beach. As we stayed during the quite/shoulder season the hotel was not very crowded and we could enjoy peaceful stay. Small gym was also a plus.
