Someone not traveling with pets that are there to just relax and lounge on beach it is absolutely perfect! The beach is not crowded and right outside your door. The staff is fantastic and so very friendly. There is a pool and a hot tub.. it's retro.. it reminded me of traveling when I was a child With the decor
Had my dog with us, he is around 65lbs. Pets are not allowed on beach of facility and sheriff would park on beach next to facility to watch for that. This is strictly enforced and you will be fined. Dog Beach was about 11 minutes away. Very hard to find parking. The dog walk at facility was very small and there were no additional grassy or cleared areas to let him do his business. He went over into a sandy area that had sea oats and came back with huge pieces of cactus that had 2 inch spikes covering them in his paws and on his legs. Not to mention the tiny weed spurs that are almost impossible to remove.

I have been to Panama City several times. This was my first time at Pineapple Villas and I was extremely happy with it. Everyone seemed like family. They were nice and kind. The other tenants were all so friendly. I like the fact that it wasn’t a huge condo/hotel. More personable. The private beach is definitely a plus as well. Very clean facility. I have already booked a 7 day stay next year. Can’t wait to be back. My family thoroughly enjoyed their self. Suggestion, not complaint: Could use a little more kitchen dishes, etc and an ice machine on grounds.

I have been going to Pineapple Villas for 10 years I love the size of Pineapple not too big and overcrowded mostly the location right on the beach and the villas are good size. I was just there and the pool was heated and was wonderful
The only thing was the sofa smelled like wet dog and I swept up a lot of dog hair when I did not have a dog. I know this is dog friendly and I enjoy watching the fur babies but I wish the furniture did not smell of dog. But no other complaints I love Pineapple Villas and look forward to my next stay

the property is right by the beach, you open the door the windows and you see the beauty of white sand beach and emerald water. the pool water is warm which is awesome. all the things in the house works as expected however like some other reviews for this property- it’s needs update or remodel. but like I said everything works as it should. if you are looking for a fancy place to stay this may not be your place to stay then but for the price, the beach, the pool, the access to stores and restaurants- it’s an all star great place to stay. we only stayed overnight and the villa has this cozy feel like you are at home and don’t want to leave (I guess most people feel the same way anywya when they go to PCB) we were able to check in earlier than the usual check in time which is awesome. they will contact you when it’s ready which I think is great customer service and you are talking to a real person and not some canned messages. overall I enjoyed my stay here.
little things in the house need an update. like paper toilet holder, some minor paint job. really just minor stuff - if that doesn’t bother you this place is awesome overall.

We were right on the beach. The views were exceptional. The facility is an older place and could use some updates. Like bathroom fixtures and making sure all light bulbs are working but the place was clean. They swapped towels just like they said. The lady at the desk was friendly. I felt safe because it was more family-oriented on our end of the beach. I would stay here again. Keep up the good work. Villas 19.

Villa #28 was wonderful - full balcony facing the beach with great view. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great! Well manicured yard and it was apparent that the people who own and who work there take pride in what they do. We also enjoyed being on the West end of PCB and away from all the high-rise condos and crowds.
The steps leading up to the second floor were not good on my knees and an elevator would have been nice.

Always so pleased with PV but this time,had issues. 1st no remote for TV's,then lady at front desk( was there till 7pm) came brought remote,didn't wrk.so for 2 days/nights no Tv Finally,man came but could not fix problem so he took tv out of bedroom to use instead. Just want to say though,lady who came not once but 4 times trying to help was way beyond nice, trying her best,.She rated excellent. Also had to sweep upon arrival,floor had sand overall. I understand they are short handed so taking this into rating,they were very good.

Beautiful view of the beach, just steps away, as was a heated (really heated!) Pool and a hot tub. Staff was Dog friendly. Very accommodating staff. Convenient parking for 1 car. The bedroom also had a window view of the beach. Reasonably priced for a beach-front room. At quiet end of beach, yet still conveniently located only 10 blocks to Thomas Donuts.
It is an older complex and furniture could really use an update, but that wasn't our focus. Front window needed cleaning so we could see the beautiful view. No table for dining.
