I paid 40 extra per night for “breakfast included” and it was a total scam. breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED. they give you a $30 coupon that OF COURSE doesn’t cover a buffet breakfast as offered in the rate. they don’t even let you know this at the time of check in, you just have to find out at the time you are charged during breakfast. if the hotel allows apps to offer its suites and services, then the hotel should assure meeting the conditions

We like the pool, rooms very clean and comfortable

Breakfast, I got the room with breakfast and they didn't say that we have to ask for a ticket in reception so we ended up paying for breakfast, they say they will fix it and refund us but they didn't.

It's one of my favorite places to stay when visiting the Fort Lauderdale area. I love that all the rooms are suites. Spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Room service food is always delicious. The pool and the hot tub are a must.

Parking can get a little annoying. They converted the area to some sort of a boardwalk and now cars are parked everywhere. There are plenty of spots in the parking garage right accross (still free), I just preferred the way it used to be, the hotel's own parking.

I came here to have personal and quality time to myself with my man. It was very relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful. I love how the suite room is set up. It has 2 TVs one in the room and living room. Sliding doors so separate the bedroom from living room. His and her sink. sofa and chair, coffee tables, refrigerator microwave, coffee maker with star bucks coffee and tea, complimentary water bottles. jacuzzi on the roof top. Perfect place for me and my fiancé 8 months anniversary. I will be coming back soon.

Our suite was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the modern decor and hotel amenities.

We reserved the room with accessible bath tub and it was great for the person that needed the feature. However, the tub was not able to adequately serve someone that doesn't require an accessible tub that is also staying in the suite. The tub should have dual shower heads.

The hotel was very pleasant and clean. The staff was also very kind as well. The room space was more than enough. I really like the way they've remodeled the hotel as well. It's not dated. And the bed was very comfortable!

There wasn't much that I didn't like honestly. The walk from the garage can be a little far, but it isn't too bad. I do wish that those who are staying at the hotel were a little cleaner to help out the staff.

The room was very large and comfortable. I loved the personal touch with my name on the tv screen and the shower gel in the bathroom.

The toilet in my room (223) backed up and had to be cleared. The flush button remained down and noisy. No maid service was provided on the 2nd day which was disappointing. I had to settle for clean towels being sent but would have preferred a freshly made bed and clean room instead.

Room was immaculate. Linens were white and crisp. Imenities were wonderful. The rooftop pool was amazing . Restaurant food and service was excellent. Staff were very professional and helpful. A definite 10+. A Starbucks on site was the cheery on top. Thank you for a wonderful time.

There isn't anything..

The room was not as spacious as it looked online. We had breakfast 2 mornings it was ok.

I did not like the charge for parking, no washers or dryers and the refrigerator in the room was too small

Cassandra and staff were the perfect combination of friendly and professional.

the bartender should have returned my traveling companion's debit card and she should not have had to provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope for its return. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax
