The assistant manager Ms Shemma and night shift supervisor Ms Genie was phenomenal ladies on my my stay they show compassion excellent leadership any concerns they handle it wonderful I do appreciate you both thank you both for all you do also thank to the hard working housekeepers and housemen that line of work is not easy at all a huge thank you for all you do I love it the breakfast selection need to add waffles asap ....

The the selection of just fry potatoes for breakfast that a no bueno atleast add waffles machine right next to the toaster pancake batter is very inexpensive atleast give us a second option other than just fry potatoes everything else is a great selection for breakfast

The suite was great. I would definitely stay for an extended stay. We only had 2 days. It very clean. The small kitchen was very convenient as I have food restrictions and I could refrigerate the things I brought. The staff was so kind. A special shout out to Shema.

The property, while we'll maintained, was showing signs of wear. Clumsily patched wall in the hall, worn carpets, and chunks in furniture. Breakfast was very limited for me but I had a kitchen so not a problem. HOWEVER! We had prepaid. There was a $100 refundable fee charged at check-in to be returned, less any charges at check out. I was charged twice, and the fee was not reversed. I am still trying to get it straightened out. Meanwhile, I am out $200, less a $10 parking fee, which is unacceptable. The parking fee is pretty annoying as there is an ample parking lot.

Perfect pool and place around, parking, good place for barbeque (but the equipment wasn't working normally) supermarket opposite the hotel, laundry room, gym. Some of staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was bad like most of americans breakfast. The key card worked for 3-4 times to open the door and then we had to go to reception to changed it. Cleaning was bad, I can say it was not at all. Constant smell of cannabis around.

My room was very cool walking in, being that it was so hot out. Also my room was clean. But I always sanitize and clean when I check in anywhere. ..decent size room I had the 1bdrm 1bath..

I don't like that it's no smart TV. The channels are wack if you. There are no hand towels in the kitchen. No sponge, I asked for a sponge they brought me a brush that looks like it's used for housekeeping to clear rooms with.. so you wind up going to Publix with is right across the street walking distance

spacious room/living area with very nice kitchenette. good storage space for clothes, etc. comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. 48 minutes drive from MIA airport.

noisy AC in bedroom. plastic plates/ cutlery for breakfast. it is an extended stay hotel so cleaning is only done once per week. However, you can get towels changed as frequently as you wish by requesting them at the front desk and garbage is collected daily if you place outside of your room.

The breakfast was on time with varieties and was enjoyable. The room appeared to be very clean and the bed also appeared to be very clean and was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what was advertised.

The breakfast could include vegetables. Did not visibly see any water for drinking. The cable channels were limited there was no gospel channel. There was no program guide for the channels. Regarding the cost for stay it seems to have exceeded what I had initially booked for.

Every thing,it was expected property was nice and clean also inside was spic and span .the front desk mgr cant recall her name right now she was very helpful and professional (think her name was shaw or something of that effect)

One thing idid not like for some unknown reason at about 4.am the a/c seems to get colder every morning

Cleanliness was great, the overall staff especially at the front desk, genie was great, and very helpful at letting us know everything they had to offer during our stay. The fact they had free breakfast, coffee at all times and water at the front was a great added touch. The size and layout of our room was great for my family and lastly having a full kitchen in our room was an added bonus due to us traveling with a 2 year old we didn't have to worry about keep stuff cold or having to eat stuff up. Really enjoyed our stay here to say the least.

Only 2 things the pool was very dirty filled with bugs, dirt, food, and juice boxes could have been cleaned so we could enjoy it better. Also the fact that we couldn't serve our own breakfast was not the best and could tell a lot of the other guests didn't enjoy that either, the lady had the kitchen roped off and we had to point to what we want while feeling like we couldn't experience the free breakfast as we would have wanted, the options were not the best either very limited to fruit cereal and breakfast sandwiches.

The hotel was clean and well located. Staff was very welcoming The room was spacious and well appointed with a full size fridfe, microwave, and small range. My room was on the fourth floor I enjoyed the view and the sunlight that came in.

I thought the bed was uncomfortable as well as the sofa in the room . The bed felt hard and lumpy to me. The sofa lacked back support and sitting on in for extended periods hurt my back. The dresser an desk were quite nice tho I was was able to spend 5 days working out of the room

The staff were very welcoming, and in particular, the manager, Steve V was very helpful and responsive given my particular circumstances.

The breakfast is appalling. Only the most unhealthy foods available and the same every single day, no variety. Need to redesign the menu or offer more options and later hours (only available between 6:30-8:30am?!). Also the carpet cleaners came into my room and left wet carpets using toxic chemicals which made me very allergic and though I requested they NOT enter my room and was assured by a staff member that they would only be cleaning the hallways, my request was not fulfilled and I was very unhappy with the result. However the manager was responsive.
