Red Roof Inn PLUS+ St. Augustine

The room was 100% smoke free! Which I value because I am allergic to any kind of smoke. The room was clean. The sheets were clean. The bed was comfortable. There were even "soft" and "firm" pillows available. The bathroom was fully stocked with fresh clean towels, and soaps, and there was even a slip mat provided for the shower. And there is ABSOLUTELY NO PET FEE!!

There is a refrigerator provided, a hair dryer, and a coffee maker, but no microwave.

Good location, great esp for price. Pool looks nice, too cold for us to use.

Breakfast was minimal due to covid (muffin, granola & fruit) & wasn’t offered on weekdays

It is set back in a nice quiet area and the staff is fantastic. They work very hard keeping it clean and their personalities make you feel at home. The management is very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel here in this area and I’ve stayed at a few and so far this is the closest to feeling like home. They have ample parking and everything works just fine and like I said very clean!!!!

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The sink was vertically challenging. It was beautiful but too high for me to reach. I had to stand on my tippy toes to brush my teeth. The were rust erosions..some areas needed painting. Th toilet seat were uncomfortable ,but it was manageable. Building is old but looks good. I wished there were a microwave in the room.

The price was the best in the St. Augustine area. it’s close to the Outlets and not very far from downtown and the beach.

It needs some vending machines that work. You have to leave to get a soda or a snack. No breakfast at all, not even a light continental one offered.

Staff is so friendly, attentive and helpful. We love this hotel because we can bring our dogs at no charge. Nice pool and gazebo area. Lots of grass to walk the dogs. Very quiet and close to lots of things including the outlet mall, restraunts and about 6 miles to the historic district.

There is no elevator and the beds are a little hard for my liking.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Rooms were clean, and saw no bugs (roaches) like I read in some reviews. Well worth what you pay, when all we do is shower and sleep there. About a 15 minute drive from downtown.

We had 2 rooms and the one room had so many issues with the keys resetting and not working. Had to get a new key almost every time we left and came back to the room. The only disappointment was the grab and go breakfast, the muffins and granola bars were what one would expect in jail. While I understand with covid they took away the hot breakfast and cereals, what they did have was dry and disgusting.

very nice / friendly staff , clean /comfortable room , very good location- centrally located near everything … (attractions, outlets, restaurants) I would definitely book with this hotel again.

As always, everything is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Being pet friendly is a plus. Plenty of towels.

The only sad thing was the coffee maker in the office was out of order but there was still plenty of coffee in the room.

The staff was friendly and it was pretty centralized to all areas we were traveling to.

The person who cleaned our room only cleaned half. The floors were pretty nasty/dirty. Got jiffy feet almost immediately.
