Staybridge Suites St. Petersburg FL, an IHG Hotel

Close to Tropicana field. Approx 4 city blocks to the parking lot entrance. Pool was small but nice and the AC worked great in the rooms.

We thought we had a king suite with a wall between sitting area and bedroom. The TV sound comes out of the back of the tv so couldn’t watch while spouse tried to sleep. Also there was no ottoman or coffee table in the sitting area.

Location to Tropicana Field is great. I like that you have options for one bedroom suites or more. It seems clean everywhere so I am not sure why others had issues.

Having to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom was weird. The pool is small and uninviting. Breakfast ends too early. When on vacation, sleeping in longer than usual is often the best part. For how much we pay, check in should be earlier than 4PM. Get bigger trash cans. They are all bathroom sized. Weird complain but when trying to tidy up on the last day, a bag that can hold more is convenient. Also, had to ask for sheets and pillows for the pullout bed even though I mentioned here we required one. Apparently they don't come with a comforter and the room was cold so I had to use one of the queen bed ones. Oh also someone spilt froot loops all over the stairs and they stayed there for at least a day.

They had complimentary breakfast very nice to save money. Wish they had some gluten free safe options though for myself but my family liked it..rooms were noce and spaciacious kitchen fridge were clean in the room..pool was nice. Great place for our family would gonagain..

I can't really say there was anything. I noticed the smoke detectors were like taped down no biggy i guess just made me a little nervous if they would work.like that.

A new staff front desk member who didn't look up, make eye contact, or say hello several times upon my entry to the lobbie while alone working the desk

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to downtown St Pete. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area is well stocked with utensils, dishes, toaster etc. There were complimentary chocolate chip cookies at the front desk that were delicious!!

The free breakfast wasn't that great. By 9:00AM most of the food was gone. I had an apple instead. The furniture in our room was dusty and the carpeting in the hallways needed to be vacuumed. The lighting in the room was dim. Need brighter bulbs! A room safe would be a good idea as well as a coffee table in front of the couch.

The room exceeded what was shown on the photos online, the staff was great and efficient! Cleaning team was very efficient and courteous! Special thanks to Dawn and Angel for the breakfast buffet every day.

Having the option to have a vegan yogurt for the breakfast would have been the cherry on top !

Perfect location for my needs, helps on my limited time for rest. Spacious rooms with comfortable king size beds

Need to change the breakfast menu, they keep alternating on 3 type of egg dish and only chicken and veggie sausage Over and over and over. Must take in consideration that lots of patrons are renting for longer than a week and it can get very tiresome

Room was nice. The bathroom light did nit work. Bed was comfortable and i liked the kitchen. I wish the breakfast would be until 10am as at 9:30 sharp they were taking everything away. Several guests and I had just gotten there. I think if you are on vacation breakfast should be served till 10:00 a.m.

It was close to the event. Breakfast was good.

The restroom door from our suite did not lock. We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed; when they could’ve been provided and placed in the closet maybe. The beds were too small. Parking lot spaces too close to each other. Check-in was at 4 but even when we arrived at 5 we were told we had to wait a few minutes; room should’ve been ready.

We checked in on a Friday afternoon and our room was not tidied up during the whole weekend. No new towels offered. We left Sunday morning. Apparently, you have to request a “Light Touch” between 0 to 5:00 pm on Friday. We arrived at 6:00 pm so that was not possible.
