very clean and great location

the hot water in the shower never got to a warm temperature let alone hot.

We stayed in the Purple Suite and the bed was absolutely amazing. The owners were fantastic and helpful. There are snacks and water in the lobby, which was very nice. Breakfast was served until 10am, but we didn't make it in time.

There are only 5 parking spots for 8 rooms, so there is a $10 fee if you get a spot. It was a very tight space to try to get in and out of as well. Really not a big deal overall, just mildly inconvenient. We could also hear every person walking by the room, perfectly. So, not much privacy if you plan to do anything other than sleep 😊

We really enjoyed the location and the vibe of the Prestige Collection. It felt like being welcomed into someone's home! The staff was super helpful and the owner was very informative, responsive, and available. The locking access was so simple to use - so nice to not have to carry a key! The guide of St. Petersburg is a great perk to try new places in town.

I knew it was a boutique hotel so these things were not unexpected and the price made it worth it - just some things to know: there are stairs to get to most of the rooms, the rooms are small, the air conditioning is a floor unit which can be a little loud but it the room temperature was perfect. The parking was not an option for us due to the size of the spaces, but street parking was always available close to the hotel.

The parking set up is pretty terrible. It was so stressful that once I parked, I didn’t want to use my car until I had to leave. Luckily most things I wanted to do were walkable. I also really wish there was a deadbolt lock on the door. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very nervous and did not sleep well because of not having a way to lock the door from the inside. The only thing stopping someone from coming in was the digital code, and that’s just not enough.

it is such a cute property, the pool was nice and just the right size, bed was amazing, but best of all was the shower. We stayed in the blue suite and I am very pleased at the water pressure and layout of walk in shower.

The only thing I could say was parking in challenging if you have a truck or larger SUV but they do tell you they can’t accommodate trucks we did park on street since we arrived later at night but the next day we did fit in one of the straight spots so we didn’t have to keep moving the truck from one spot to another after two hours.

This new boutique hotel definitely exceeded expectations. The hotel is beautiful and the attention to detail in the rooms is wonderful. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks in the main area, has a relaxing pool that is private, and an area to hangout on the porch or the side yard. The location is located within walking distance of the downtown area and once we parked our car, we didn't have to move it for the weekend. A great alternative to any major hotel and gives you a cozy, home feeling. The staff is so friendly and accomodating.

Parking is limited, but you can pay to leave your car there for $10/day which I would recommend.

Relaxing in the swimming pool after 5 pm (surrounded by shaded trees on the west-sided of the pool) with my beautiful wife! Two staffs was very polite & friendly. Nice place to relax and celebrate your anniversary!

Room temperature - wasn't cool enough. Ceiling fan & small A/C under the fridge works good. Mini refrigerator - wasn't cold enough inside. Blowing hot air on the outside of the fridge against the wall. Parking lot - very tight & small (good for compact cars)

Nice property that is walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff and good communication. We love these types of small businesses that take care of their guests the right way.

Pool was closed for maintenance but looking at the pool it didn’t look like it was being worked on. Maybe they had to shock it because of all the rain?? Anyway everything was great just wish we would have been able to cool off after walking around in swampy humidity all day.

The decor was stunning. A home from home experience. Sandra was very attentive and very proud of the establishment. A relaxing pool, plentiful tea, coffee, drinks and snacks. Close to the harbour front and amenities.

Car parking cost 10$ per day, bookable in advance. But as limited can understand why a charge is made.

The beds were very comfortable. The place was lovely, clean and comfortable

From the picture of the pool it looks like the square on the side is a jacuzzi - it’s not. Also - no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the second floor if that’s where your room is. Lastly, there was no control on the AC. It came through vents in the ceiling and was too cold for us
