Friendly reception, effective check in and check out. Valet guys friendly & professional. Gym generally well equipped. Gym mats would be ideal. Hotel is good middle class. Can be recommended from my point of view.

Maybe nowadays carpets in the rooms are not up to date. Hygiene problem... I would like it better if in the welcome email, for example, the valet parking information was correct. It says $27 plus tax. In reality it is $35 plus tax. The guests account can handle that, as a well known hotel I would not want to allow myself such inconsistencies.

The location is close to everything, walking distance or a very short ride to restaurants, Pier Street, bars, etc. The hotel is nice, the lobby is big and clean. nice facilities. Good safe bet when you dont want to spend $300+ for a room just a mile away. Your wife will be happy you selected this one instead of the small boutique hotels down the street.

I thought they had onsite parking but they don't, it is valet only ($27 bucks). Or you can park at one of the parking garages down the street (about a block or two away) and pay $10.

I understand the hotel has their rules. But was not happy that they did not make an exception to allow pets during the hurricane as they did with hurricane Irma. However, it did appear that there were some dogs allowed by employees of the hotel. did not look good when paying guest were not allowed to have the same option.

The location is really good, nearby a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and we could enter in the room before 4PM which I consider a great customer service. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks conveniently located in the hotel which also adds value to the stay. I will for sure stay again in this hotel.

The breakfast menu in the main restaurant was not attractive for us but I don't consider it a negative aspect since it is only a matter of preference. Service during the breakfast was also slower than expected.

We didn't have breakfast. The hotel was within walking distance to the Dali and restaurants.

The carpeting in the room and the hallways was old and warn. It made the areas look dingy.

Lovely, clean hotel in a great location. . Room was a great size. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Thought odd the bellmen did not offer to help with luggage when arriving but did when leaving. Beds were a bit soft and had ruts in them & bathroom was quite snall for 2 people, with no space for toiletries.

Loved the hotel overall, the salons for hanging out, the service provided. Enjoyed staying in the Pure room with an air filter. I think I slept better!

Everything bought at the hotel was shockingly expensive. I got hot tea (hot water and a bag) and it was $5 plus tax and tip. The breakfast was not worth the price. Also the bathroom was very cramped.

It is so centralized to downtown and what beautiful downtown St. Pete has to offer, def bring your walking shoes though LOL! (I forgot mine...) Though we encountered a minor issue when we arrived in our room, I will say that the Staff at the Hilton was nothing but A M A Z I N G to us! It is worth more to me to let you know about how friendly and a absolutely wonderful their staff at the front desk treated us that the issue that we encountered was resolved and because of both of their Staff Member’s prompt action and high expectations of quality from Hilton Hotels I will be staying there once again. Kudos to their wonderful team!

The only thing I would say was a bit of a let down was not being able to get room service BUT is is completely understandable due to the pandemic. Their restaurant still offers great choices of breakfast (which is what we ordered) and other menu items...still would not deter me from going back.

The breakfast was fine, if a little expensive for what it was. However, the server was the only one working and she was a bit overwhelmed. Granted, it was during a hurricane event (rather disappointing by Texas standards). Every single person that helped us was genuinely kind and helpful.

Well, we can't control the weather. Arriving during the Elsa storm meant we were limited in the attractions and dining options available. However, we did manage to get into the Dali and the beautiful Museum of Fine Arts, and really enjoyed our walks in the area.
