The cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. The staff were kind and very helpful. It was super quiet at night , no disturbances while sleeping. "Great coffee in the restaurant for breakfast". Great stay! Thank you!

Not able to get anything to grab a "snack" after 8p. Maybe a vending machine with various snack options would be something worth considering .

The outside was phenomenal! …and very relaxing! Whether you have children with you or just you and your partner. Pool, jacuzzi, a ton of places to sit and relax or sit and eat. And it was well lit at night so just in case you wanted to hang out outside. Also had plenty of games so play as well as yoga. Loved it. Will be back again for sure! Staff was helpful and shuttle was great.

The rooms were a little outdated and the beds squeaked just from touching it. And our last night the thermostat didn’t work. Nothing too crazy though. The mattress itself was very comfortable.

The pool area was beautiful and they had a free "managers hour" from 5-6 with wine and snacks. Nothing fancy, but it was a nice touch.

The remote for my TV had several buttons that didn't work. I called for two days and each time they said someone was coming up that never came. They never fixed that issue. I also called for more coffee that never came, so I ended up going down to get it myself.

This place is wonderful. Everyone is so nice. They were quick to pick me up at the airport with the free shuttle. The pool is fabulous and the bar tender out by the pool was very nice. She was very accommodating as far as getting my food. The food is excellent. Plenty of coffee, tea, creamer and sugars in the room. There is also free coffee in the lobby. I think it was free anyway. There was a buffet breakfast for $21 or you can get at breakfast sandwiche or pastry at a section in the lobby next to the restaurant. There is also room service but I did not use that. There is a bar outside and inside. Nice gym. Bed was comfortable with a nice comfortable comforter. Not just a thin blanket. Room was the quietest room I had at a hotel in a very long time.

This place is great. My only complaint is the carpet was dirty. I just kept my flip flops on while walking on the carpet.

Loved the people working there! Friendly and ready to help! I really liked to spend most of my time in the pool area....was awesome! And loved the food from the restaurant too. We really enjoyed and had so much fun.

The fridge wasnt cooling well and also the AC didnt work properly.

Little things like the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, the bathroom in my room wasn’t the cleanest the grout had mold but I walk with cleaning products so I did my cleaning little spray of bleach and it was clean.. it’s the little thing for me like the little refrigerator didn’t cool so stuff like that but everything else was fine

The Breakfast was delicious everything was fresh and hot,selections were great fun a buffet!! The hours were perfect didn't feel rushed. Mr. Paul, wait stay made the morning meal more refreshing and pleasant, his friendly smile n pleasant voice, very professional!!! Thanks for allowing the Mystery Murder Dinner to be onsite it was AWESOME; that's what drew us to location also, Tony Romos was a pleasant surprise. All the staff we encountered were on point from the moment we entered till our departure, a very courteous caring team.

Breakfast was a little pricey for the selection of food.

Refrigerator wasn’t working which we needed for my husbands insulin. Front desk person offered to send a maintenance person but we had a cooler so we just got ice to store his insulin.

Location and availability

My wife fell in the pool area because of an uneven foundation in pool area and hurt her knee. We completed an incident report and said that we would hear from corporate, but we haven't. We are considering hiring an attorney for her injury. It was my 50th birthday and 14th wedding anniversary and this TOTALLY RUINED OUR EXPERIENCE!

The hotel was clean, fresh and very beautiful. Although there was a little construction going on in the lobby I didn’t mind it much but I’m glad to see they take pride into upgrades and fixing things that are broken right away.

The walls are a little then, the guest next to my room were loud (talking and slamming doors). And the cleaning lady seemed to be outside my door for an hour with noise. It was pretty early and it woke me up. Other than that I liked everything else.
