Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central

Location was close to where I was doing business, breakfast was good & family enjoyed it. Our room (2 queen beds & sofa bed) was big enough for us all. Had a nice view on the higher floors. The waterfall by the entrance was very nice.

This would've been a 5 star for me but I'll give it a 3 The reason due to how one bed didn't have a bed sheets or comforter & I asked 3 times if they could please give us some, I even said I'll wait in the lobby for them but they said the guest runner will bring it but never got it after speaking 3 times to the front desk staff. I've worked in the resort hospitality industry for a while now & our guest runners (or even a front desk member) was able to bring a minor item like that to a guest room pretty quick, so I don't know what the issue was? If I'm ever in the area again for work I may give them another chance but the fact bed sheets that should've been already made on a bed was a struggle to be delivered is crazy.

Everything I mentioned above from Front Dest Check-in, Lounge and evening Snack at the Bar were all pleasant experiences with qualified friendly staff. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing....

I think thaty everyone does their part to make all as comfortable as possible in these trying times, and a facility that is beginniong to show it's age. My friend and I had a very nice visit and expertience in this establishment.

I liked the layout of the hotel and our room. We received top level customer service from Curtis on the front desk, he was very accomodating and went out his way to make sure our stay was great. Fardi, another front desk representative made our arrival at midnight after six-hour drive a pleasurable experience with a dose of humor - he even provided us with masks after we mistakenly left ours in the car. Mindy was equally accomodating at checkout - very nice person. Sherene almost ruined our stay.

We had a negative experience with Sherene, one of the front desk represenatives. Her disposition nearly ruined this stay for us - another guest also commented on her lack of customer service skills. We felt she did not want be bothered with any questions directed towards her. She created a very negative atmosphere for us during this stay.

I was there fir 8 nights and in ask the front desk to please let them clean just one day and he ignore me, and my request, however, it not the first time he ignore me, and i guess it wont be the last, all the other staff was great

My room was not clean for the entir eights nights i stay there, i ask the cleaners , they told me to speak to the front desk which i did, and the gentleman ignore my request

I stood at the Embassy with my family for a wedding and we loved the stay. The front desk representative was amazing at helping us move to a bigger room because of the kids. The pool was amazing not packed at all, and the free breakfast was different each day we went. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

One thing we did notice was the sinks were clogged and we had to wait for the water to go down. Nonetheless it didn’t stop us from doing our daily duties.

It was very nice hotel room was cozy the happy hour was good i enjoyed the pool for a bit and the bf was very good

I didnt like that they was No towels in the pool area and i got a room for 6 poeple and they was no extra blankets for the pull out bed beside that everything was good

The staff was very fríendly, the food at the restaurant was really good. Kudos to the chef!!!

The room was not especially cleaned compare to other locations of Embassy where we have been at. The sofa mattress was not comfortable at all. We found food in the fridge from the previous guests

Room was clean, the bed was comfy, and who could pass up a free breakfast? The hotel was within 2 miles of our destination, the Esthetic Show....and the bonus was free parking. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in the past and I have always been pleased with their services.

COVID 19!!!! The breakfast was not as good or as plentiful as it was in the past but due to covid 19...I remember when....but a free breakfast is a free breakfast,

Beautiful and very attractive inside lobby area…convenient location …great that a restaurant is right there on property!

I feel the prices for the rooms were way too high… the carpet in the hallways after getting off of the elevator and inside the rooms need to be cleaned.. pool need to be heated…👍🏾

Pool area. There were 10 or 12 chairs for a 15 floor hotel in west palm beach where people are going for sun. Perhaps 4 or 5 of the chairs the webbing was broken leaving a big hole so not conducive for lounging. There is a patio set/couch and tables but i prefer to lay back in a chair when sunnning. That was the only issue i had. Everything else was great!
