Holiday Inn Palm Beach-Airport Conf Ctr, an IHG Hotel

It was beyond all expectations. Very good hotel with a very confortable room, big bed and big toilet. The location was good, not possible to go to the city centre by foot bu the hotel offered us a car shuttle to there. We've been surprised positivetly.

Sometimes was difficult to talk to the staff because it was just one for all hotel most of times. Also, we had a little problem to go back from the city centre to the hotel because we couldnt ask the shuttle to pick us back because the hotel's staff were not able to answer the phone, just a little incovenient, we've got a uber instead.

The breakfast was very good. Good variety of items to choose from.

A man came up to me that was not a worker. Said he had a wife and kids that were going to be staying in there car. I should have looked into it more but I heard kids and I couldn't let them sleep in a car. So I had gotten him a room for the night. The next day he goes to the front desk and said I was paying for them to stay another night. Well I never said that. The woman at the front desk put it on my card. She talked to me later about it and said that charge would be taken off. As of today June 20 that is still a pending charge. I have almost over a thousand dollars worth of charges that I have know idea what there for. So I hope within a few days I'll see some of those charges taken off.

Orange.juice was alittle watered down but then they fixed it and everything was.fine to be honest. Couldn't really enjoy breakfast because I left super early but tomorrow I'm eating everything. Everything very organized very clean, food covered very nice.

Orange juice was alittle watered down Room had a little smell of cat urine and I complained about it in the morning but when I got back in the afternoon it still had that smell and they didn't clean the room. I called back and informed it.to front desk and they sent someone to fix the situation and bring up a microwave.

Airport location. Great Price. Very comfortable room, seemed newly renovated & nicely decorated. The desk staff and catering staff were terrific.

Place is in transition, I think to a Crown Plaza. Rooms were very nice, but the temporary public areas were not well set up. Too little attention to the temporary facilities. Food was good, but scarce. But! This explains the price. Would stay there again.

Frontdesk attendent was nice and the drinks were great, man!! they make a main "Long island ice tea". The room was very nice and comfortable. The property is well-kept, clean and quiet. Good parking."Loved it".

First morning breakfast was free, other mornings $16:00 per person so we did not eat at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff person was very gracious and exceptionally helpful with all my questions. I needed very early (4:00am!) transportation to the airport, and she made the arrangements and called me to confirm the details. I called for the Holiday Inn shuttle in the evening to bring me from the car rental return back to the hotel. The driver was a great guy, very helpful.

Water available in the room would have been appreciated.

Wonderful, helpful, welcoming staff. Very convenient to airport. Bar menu was limited for a vegetarian but adequate for our dinner, and generous portions - we heated the leftovers for lunch next day.

Room air conditioning was noisy. The breakfast buffet was better on our first stay two weeks earlier - this time the orange juice was really weak. But good eggs, oatmeal, bacon, and coffee both visits.

The room was spacious, had a microwave, was clean, and the staff changed out the towels almost everyday without us even asking. Great service.

The tv's weren't smart tv's so I hooked up my apple tv and unfortunately wasn't able to get it to work on the hotel's wifi. I haven't had issues at other hotel's but I needed the IT person to accept the mac address. I called the front desk and they said that they would talk to the engineer but I never heard back. I called the next day and the front desk said that at 6 they would have someone come up. They never showed up and I never got the issue fixed. Would have been nice to watch Netflix.

I don't believe there was breakfast provided but there was a restaurant in the facility. The exercise facility met my needs.

The pool area was a mess. It needs some attention. I didn't like that there was a shuttle to the airport but it didn't leave until 8 or 9. My Flight was at 8 so I needed to be to the airport before takeoff. I think they should advertise that they have limited shuttle service with the hours so that people with flights can see that ahead of time to arrange a ride to the airport.

Breakfast was great! The bed was extremely comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed and pain free. I definitely need to purchase the brand mattress they have in the hotels. I felt safe with my truck in the parking lot.

I had to pay extra for breakfast, but that's ok, it was worth it.
