the location is superb and the fact it’s next to Howley’s is a big plus. I ate there three times. it’s quiet and the bathroom is very nice.

the fact there was no change of towels or maid service for the entire time I was here. I found that very odd and have never experienced it anywhere else in a hotel. It’s not an Air BnB.

The price was good, great hot water , there was a really good restaurant next door that we could walk to, everything was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful.

The vending machine was sold out so I couldn’t buy anything to drink. The Rooms are very clean, but have a humid/moldy smell. I think the carpet is what is holding on to the smell, so maybe if the carpet was removed, it would smell more fresh. But regardless, we will definitely stay again.

The room was a comfortable space. The shower was devine. The bed and pillows made for an adequate rest.

The hotel is located on the main street. The walls are thin so you can hear traffic as well as other outside nosies.

The price was awesome. I didn't pay a extravagant hotel price and didn't expect a extravagant hotel. It was slightly out dated but extremely clean and in a good neighborhood. It has a awesome restaurant next door as well. The staff was really nice. I highly recommend if your looking a for a good clean motel for a great price. Close to the beach as well. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Price was one thing, it was kinda neat staying in a some what retro place

The door wasn't very secure. Maybe it just needs to be tightened up. The cleaning crew needed to look behind the TV, there was 2 liquor bottles, and the only reason I saw them was I pulled the TV out on the slide

Nothing fancy or updated, but perfectly acceptable, clean, comfortable. Bed great. Shower great. Nicely situated near the water- no swimming but great walking. Near I-95. Great home-cooking at restaurant next door. Park across street.

The motel itself is fine - clean and comfortable. I wanted to get some water but there was no drinks machine I could dispensing water. I asked at the desk and was given a bottle and a can of water - no charge. It’s the little things that can make a difference. Also we were .given a good steer to a couple of local restaurants for an evening meal.

West Palm Beach is not a low cost area to stay in, but this was OK for the area.

it was very clean and comfortable. It was the nicest of the four hotels I stayed at while in Florida on this trip. It is right next to Howley’s restaurant which serves excellent food and has a great atmosphere.

The location was very good for my visit. Plenty of good places to eat in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. I did not use the WiFi, so I cannot rate that.

There was nothing that I did not like.

the non smoking room was clean and fresh! Nice firm but soft mattress with thick pillows. Very grateful that there was no lingering smell of smoke… that was my top concern. great location with several restaurants and drug store within walking distance.

the hot water came and went during showering.
