I was unable to utilize the reservation because the dates on the reservation were incorrect through Bookings.com. However, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice. When I discovered the reservation dates were incorrect she kindly told me I needed to contact Bookings.com to change the dates and provided me with the number to Bookings.com. After a long and disappointing call with Bookings.com, where I was told they would not adjust the dates of the reservation nor would they cancel the reservation, she was kind enough to provide me with the hotel manager's number. The desk clerk informed me they have had many issues with Bookings.com and if I wanted to dispute the reservation with Bookings.com, they would support that dispute. I have submitted a dispute with Bookings.com and hope they will provide a refund. My name is Karen Thorpe my reservation number was 3379220964. The dates on the reservation were Feb. 19-20 but the dates needed were Feb. 11-12.

Didn't have a chance to actually stay at the hotel so I can't comment on anything I didn't like about the hotel itself.

It was a standard Red Roof Inn room not too far from shopping and restaurants. Nothing spectacular, but a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.

I think they were doing some renovations, which is good ... there was a big dumpster outside my (cracked) bedroom window full of old mattresses and I could see that folks were installing new mattresses. My little refrigerator leaked all over the floor, but I wasn't using it anyway.

The hotel room was a great size, its was a clean room. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The ac worked great and best of all it was great price.

Now the facilities themselves need a lot of work. The restroom had rusted hinges, there was no lock on the restroom doors. The toilet seat was bigger the the toilet bowl itself which made it an ackward position to sit when you do number 2. Also the water pressure on the showers its not great. We went to the beach and since there is little water pressure on the showers it took 20 minutes to get rid of all the sand in my hair.

They should have had coffee everyday as the sign stated

Most of the workers were very friendly and helpful. Had to change rooms once but they did so without any problems. We were there a whole week and it was well worth the money and good location and the pool was my kids favorite. It was clean and well kept.

Nothing we were pleased with the stay

I did not eat at the hotel.

I like everything there. The clerk gave me a nice room, nice view, zero disturbance. No one knocked at my door. I adjust the room temperature according to my discretion.. No one asked me for money. My property was safe. The area is very attractive.There is no dislike.i did not use the pool but it was available to me. Thank you.

The staff was so attentive. Check in was easy. The room was spotless. Parking is safe. Wonderful location walking distance from the mall outlets.

There was nothing dislikable about my stay whatsoever.

The location of the property is very close to the interstate. Check in was a smooth process. The staff was very nice.

Being that the property is listed as a non smoking hotel, it's not.

The late night counter staff. This little lady has so much patience, she was their every morning by 5am with still a smile.saying food morning. I don’t know her name. But the day staff is horrible! The day lady is always in an awful mood no customer service what so ever .

The day staff . That lady is the worst you hate to ask for something, cleaner , towels, toilet paper. Anything she has a nasty attitude. All the time!!! She needs to go!!!! Go look for another job cause she seems sooooo miserable!

We didn't have (or even know) there was breakfast. We wanted to go to the pool, but didn't have time. Front dest staff was friendly and helpful.

The fridge wasn't very cold. Early check out time. We wish we would have known there was breakfast.
