Homewood Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach

Property was under renovation which I would like to know before we booked since my son has heavy allergies . But I have to say under the circumstances we were happy with our stay . Breakfast was adequate and staff including night auditor , morning front desk and breakfast lady were very pleasant and helpful. We were given 2 rooms that were already renovated . We stayed only one night on the way to Miami but definitely will be on our list if we were to make that tip again.

Whitney was extremely welcoming. had an issue checking in to another hotel. Bad service. Explained what happened and she immediately made me feel better about my choice to stay at this hotel. very welcoming. Pool was nice. Room was excellent. Definitely looking for Homewood Suites for my next travel destination. Thank you Whitney!

The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was convenient and very nice. We enjoyed the pool there were always clean towels and we usually had it to our selves

Just that the pass key didn't always work to get in the side door. A staff member did show us if the kept doing the card back and forth the car would work

Liked the keyless entry.

There should have been an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only what was in the holder. The spreads were not made for king beds. They were too short on the sides. Like they were for queen beds. Couldn’t ever figure out how they were supposed to be. Silverware should be checked each cleaning. We had 1 teaspoon and one tablespoon. 4 forks and knives. There was no sponge or dishrag to clean dishes. Only a dish towel.

The breakfast was nice and tasty. There was a different menu every day and the selection at breakfast was adequate for every guest, with many choices.👍

The Front desk staff(Victor, Gabby, and Emmie) were very professional and helpful. My husband and I really appreciated their efforts! Thank you!

Conveniently located, parking was free, staff was helpful, friendly, and professional; the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was great. The location was around family and right next to interstate 95 as well.

Hallways could’ve been vacuumed more often. I kept tracking garbage from the hallway in to my room. But other that it was awesome.

Breakfast was good. Good variety but should have had more eggs that were not on a breakfast sandwich. I loved the room. It was the perfect size for me.

The upholstery on the chairs in room (103) need cleaning. They are stained. I didn't want to sit on them.

Everything was good except I enjoyed my stay. And the breakfast was great as well

My room was a little hot took a while to cool off. I ask to change rooms I couldn't didn't like that

great location quiet near other hotels and restaurants. near cruise terminal

needed phone accessories to charge phone I left my charger at home and had to go out to buy
