Hemingway Suites at Palm Beach Hotel Island

Very clean room.  Bed is very large and comfortable.  The coffee station had everything!  We appreciated having fresh towels brought by housekeeping, as well as the small touches of their service.  Excellent communication with management by text and email.  They sent a few detailed messages before our arrival, which were extremely helpful.

Restaurants in Palm Beach can be quite expensive, but we found a nice and romantic spot.

The heated pool and the staff were outstanding. Plus the valet service was very helpful. The information left in the room about the area was also very helpful.

The room was nice but needed to be dusted. Lighting is dark usually in the bathroom and they need another trash can in the room. The tiny one in the bathroom wasn't enough. The worst thing was there is no privacy with the blinds and you wake up at dawn because it so Bright, which is not relaxing.

The check-in was streamline, along with leaving my vehicle with the valet overnight. Pool and outdoor sitting was cute and enjoyable, especially in the morning. The room had a cool vintage safari vibe, small but comfortable. It was nice that the closet had plenty of space for bags and extra items in case for the beach and some other activities.

The bathroom was unfortunately dated, but satisfactory for a night. Lights were dim, but didn't bother me personally.

Atmosphere. Location. Friendly staff. Very clean all around.

Hard time contacting the right people to get fresh towels. The front desk didn't help and referred us to the app for help. Inconvenience

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The location is also very nice and close to the beach.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking was not at the actual hotel all the time. If the parking in front of the hotel is taken , you have to park a block away and walk to hotel.

This was such a beautiful place. The pool area and courtyard were gorgeous. Staff was very helpful. They have a shuttle service right outside that was way faster, cheaper, more reliable, and friendlier than Uber or Lyft or yellow cabs.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was well stocked and absolutely beautiful! The building and the interior were spectacular! Amazing location, within walking distance to the beach. I cant wait to come back, but hopefully they do something about that shower door situation and the blinds or curtains.

There were only a couple things that were a little disappointing. The first being that the blinds didnt completely block out the light so it was kind of bright in the room at night and as soon as the sun came up, I was up too (I'm not much of a morning person lol) The second being, the glass shower door came off the track and scared me. I was worried the glass was going to break.

They say it’s the little things that count, and when staying Hemingway Garden, it is the greatest truism. The room is beautifully decorated, but the highlight is the attention to detail. No need is overlooked, from phone chargers and a coffee station in the room, to amenity kits packed with pamper products, including shampoo, lip balm, hand and body lotion, shaving kit, ear plugs, a dental kit, and many other necessities. I was very much impressed the excellent, personable service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

bathroom was very tight. some of the fixtures (lamps, shades) needed to be updated breakfast options rather poor.
