Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

Our room was clean and well put together for our arrival. Everything listed on booking was an exact match. Except for the breakfast which I am sure I paid for. Nevertheless, we chose to do "made-to-order" breakfast for $13.95. The continental breakfast is included in the price. The entire staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that you can check-in and out on the app. The location is amazing. You are 5 minutes away from the airport, dinning options, shopping, and the beach.

The fact that I thought I paid for my breakfast in advance through booking. And I did not like that booking advertised no prepayment and the property called me asking for money to pay for the room. Booking.com needs to do better!

When we went to the breakfast area they just had closed on Monday morning. Since they just closed the lady was rude by saying we are closed. She said we close at 9:30 in such a rude tone. She needs training how to talk to customers. As we were trying to make a cup of coffee she rudely took the condiments away instead of asking if we were finish or di we get the condiments we needed. She definitely need training.

By saying sorry we had just closed but you are welcome to have coffee since it's still here. She could have greeted us by saying good morning then say sorry we are closed.

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Problems - The ice machine was beside the room and it made a lot of noise during the night. Also, we booked a room with 2 queen size beds and instead we got a room with a king size bed and couch.

it was clean & relaxing. close to airport & pretty close to food & shopping. King room was very spacious we loved it

we had a problem with someone charging breakfast & drinks to our room. i think they should have to give last name on the room instead of just asking room number

rust and decay at bottom of shower track furniture had wear n tear marks and had seen better days. pillows so flat device to roll down curtain blinder was hard to operate. chef for dinner area walked out.

kinda hidden. phone number and address come up as the Hampton which is right next door but wasted time trying to get into a hotel that wasn’t ours thinking we went to the wrong place

The staff. the room was big and all the accommodations . Arrive 3 hours earlier from a bad experience at another hotel was able to check in..our stay there was fantastic will visit again 😀

Everything was great for us no complaints

The hotel was not new and did not have a lot of bells and whistles, but very quaint and lived in.

The on site gym was adequate, but could use some improvement.

The front desk staff was awesome. They allowed us to change rooms when we encountered guests in a room next door in a very loud argument. It was very uncomfortable, and the front desk staff (Laurie) was very understanding.

The bed was uncomfortable, however the room was great!

The only complaint is the motion sensor lights in the bathroom, turn off frequently while in the shower
