Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Central Airport

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk Shakira was pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay here and each time she made check-in a breeze. We also visited the restaurant in the Hilton next door, and Ashley and I can’t remember the other young lady’s name were very pleasant and accommodating. They all had a servant’s heart and very cheerful. Sean the cook did a great job in preparing my order of food. Clifford who works in the dining hall has such a great way with the guests and maintaining the dining area efficiently. 2 thumbs up for all!!

Having to leave so soon!

We paid extra for early arrival since we were getting off a ship in ft. Lauderdale. Got there at 10, told the room wouldn't be ready until after 1. Rode around, had lunch, got back at 1, room not ready but Jean at the desk came thru and gave us an upgrade to King Deluxe. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't have breakfast as we checked out at 5:30am to catch a plane. Besides our early check in not ready, everything was fine.

Honor early check ins. We paid for it. A cleaner pool would have been nice to go swimming

That the shuttle bus picked us @ the airport . The shuttle bus took you places! The shuttle driver Kevin was really nice and pleasant!!! Kevin gave us good pointers about the night life. How to travel to get a plane in Fort Lauderdale. Kevin is definitely a good asset to the company. Fabian gave us a number to call for a taxi driver . In which his name was Cliff, very knowledgeable about the area. Nice and friendly , Cliff is a good asset to the company. You definitely needs to keep Cliff and Kevin on your staff. Kari had some good breakfast this morning. She's a good asset. She's very friendly and knowledgeable about the breakfast. Even though she had just got a new toaster , we learned it together.

Everything inside the hotel was great. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were a great size and I loved the quiet pool area. The breakfast was very good 2 be complimentary. My stay was great, I will be staying here again.

The beds couldn't been a little bit more comfortable. I would have liked if you guys had complimentary parking.

everything was clean, staff was kind and helpful, pool was great and stayed open all night... not over crowded ... bathroom was huge ... room was very spacious

breakfast staff was rude ... he stopped breakfast early ... we had to pay for parking which was weird because it wasnt a valet or parking garage it was a normal parking lot

The website failed to say the hotel is under construction. fencing around the front and hose on the floor by the entrance it was also hindering handicap person from entering the hotel. one of the staff removed the hose so I can enter. At 1am in the morning the fire alarm sounded. we had to vacate the hotel. at the end no fire. I was told someone pulled the fire handle. that ruined the night couldn’t to back to sleep.

We love the location of this hotel for returning our rental car since it's less than 5 minutes away. We were only there for the night, but the hotel room was a nice size (the bathroom was huge). Everything was clean and sanitized.

My bed was hard. My friend said her bed was the best she had slept on during the previous 2 weeks of our travels. I'm not a fan of mushy pillows, but these weren't as bad as others I had during our trip. Our biggest gripe with Hampton Inn hotels are that they use DirecTV which has a pathetic TV line up. There are only 40 or so channels to choose from and even those are very basic.

this is always my hotel choice when I have early flights out of WPB, so I rarely have complaints. on check-in, I had the minor issue of not physically having the credit card that I reserved my room with. MISSY checked me in, and helped me with that. She was highly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, even though she admitted she was still training in her new job. She’s a true asset and I just want to let you know.

the staff was very friendly and helpful! made sure our room stayed clean and made sure we had everything we needed.

Breakfast I only ate it once and there wasn’t much to offer unfortunately maybe add some waffles or pancakes! other than that it was great!

I loved the property. The staff, breakfast, overall cleanliness, and the convenient shuttle service were all a plus. They were very accommodating with our needs as well. House keeping Staff was amazong❤️

The internet was downtown say causing my son to be stuck on City Place 3hrs. That all I didn’t like.
