Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach

We had a two bedroom suite and we were surprised about how large the rooms were. The suite was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies and the bathroom was very clean. The furniture and decor is a bit dated but everything was very functional and the beds were very, very comfortable. We heard a little road traffic but overall the hotel was quiet and our sleep very good. The breakfast was very nice and there was a person actually helping dish out the hot food. There were plenty of tables. We also got a 10 % discount at BJs restaurant which was about a 1/2 mile away and that was a good family friendly restaurant because we were staying at the Hawthorn. The staff were friendly. Mark was very nice as we checked out.

Very nice accommodations.. staff very helpful and understanding. I had a surgery at a local surgery center. They had wheelchairs available for use to help get me to my room. Very nice breakfast bar. If I would have been on vacation the on site bar would have been a nice attraction but not after a surgery

1st room was very close to remodeling very loud really unpleasant directly after having surgery. But was moved by staff to a better location. If I was on vacation this wouldn't have been an issue being we wouldn't be in the room much but after a surgery and needing rest it had to be fixed.. and staff was more than understanding

The only thing i didn't like is that parking is very difficult to find after 9pm you will be left behind the building and of course that's not the hotel's problem it all depends on occupancy, i completely get that...other issue ...with a mask i could smell in the hallway and elevator almost everytime the weed people smoked, outta the 3 days there every day and night i smelled it even in the lobby...

Hidden Gem - Clean- Friendly staff (front desk/cleaning/maintenance) - little store ATM on site- HUGE rooms (for a hotel room) with living rooms dining table and kitchens (mid size fridge/sink/stove/microwave/dishwasher/dishes/ pots/ silverware/ cooking utensils-minus oven) - updated bathrooms large with sep. sink and vanity (big hit with my teen) and storage cubbies - plenty of outlets even on bedside lamp - closet with several hangers- plenty of drawers… there is even WIRED internet access in the room—- but the craziest aspect is for this area it is SO Cost Effective - quiet tucked away residential area but literally walking distance to the outlets, target, and a HUGE discount store BrandSmart USA… Dunkin FirstWatch and Cracker Barrel nearby but FULL HOT breakfast offered here EVERY morning in large open dining area plenty of tables/ seating! Easy check in and very accommodating! This place turned my terrible experience at Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Outlets (less than a mile away) that morning… into a blessing from God! I would have paid hundreds more to be treated like a number… instead I saved money, got a bigger space, and stayed super safe and comfortable during hurricane Ian. I do ALOT of staycations in Palm beach county as I travel for work… this is my new must stay in WPB! recommend for work friends and family travel… there was plenty of all types of travelers this week due to the hurricane … diverse hard working friendly guests… even the 20 somethings escaping the west coast have been polite friendly …NO noise heard from inside the room… I just can’t say enough! I’m so so impressed and grateful for this find

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, professional staff, nice breakfast options, central location, nice beaches and attractions like 15 min away, bike sharing options for free, complimentary towels for pool. It was an amazing stay indeed. Breakfast is complimentary (free) for all guests. There is an option to pay like $35 per room per stay (up to a week i think) for a shuttle to drop guest to certain areas

i stayed for a week and daily there was Pork options @ breakfast buffet but no Turkey options at all, the guest services booklet in the room is outdated need to be updated, the reception has to share a link or a que card showing all perks available at the hotel like Bike Sharing for example. Pool has to be heated all day along during December and January i would say OR based on customer request ( it is heated after 6pm, it was not clear while reserving )

From our fabulous welcome at check-in to our gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable room, and then to the exceptional service in the restaurant by Bobby (who ran that dining room like a CHAMP for being the only server on the floor - she was so gracious and had a great attitude, and gave kudos to the chef and bar staff. A real team player!), we couldn't have had a better experience if you had added showgirls and dancing bears! I needed to print out a document, but the toner was low in the business center; the front desk staff was exceedingly helpful in getting the situation under control, which eliminated any stress I might have had. FIVE STARS!

The location was awesome,the quality of breakfast and the facilities in the room. The employees of the breakfast area they are very attentive to the customers and also with the disabled people. They ladies always smile and welcome everyone.

The pool is small for the type of facility, and they need to clean up the water better. The front desk employees they need to be more friendly. They need to keep on mind that they're are the first face that the customer see for do they ck-in and the first impression counts.

Stayed for one night prior to cruising the next day. The rooms are spacious, I had the double queen suite. The breakfast is nice with hot food options as well. Stanley the concierge supervisor is spectacular and so is OJ. Welcoming and friendly. The happy hour was also a nice addition. The bartender was phenomenal.....

I didn't like the fact that they didn't return my $200.00 deposit and shorted me $50.00. I will think twice about booking here again because of this mishap. I came here to enjoy my birthday-I guess this was my birthday surprise.

I was so impressed with the size of the room,the kitchenette, full stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and the separate sitting room. There's a vanity in the bathroom with a chair. Their decor is nice and cozy in the breakfast and bar area. Hot buffet breakfast is served, however you must get there early as they run out of food quickly and they end promptly at the time stated. Also, you will want to get there to get a table. They have a full waffle and mini waffle machine but the line usually is long so be patient. There's a pool but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it as it was cold out. I will definitely make this my first choice when I come back to the area. It's located a block away from shopping and restaurants. You're about 10 mins away from downtown and the beach! Absolutely worth the price!

There was a consistent smell in the dishwasher in room 409. I couldn't get it to go away. A tad disappointed about how breakfast is so rushed and they ran out of food. But we learned to get there early.
