The breakfast was excellent, I would like to add that Sonia, food services was most pleasurable in her treatment of the guests in ways to make them feel comfortable and welcome. I complimented her on her positivity and ability to shine light on the guests particularly so early in starting their dat. She represents Home2 suites very well. I would like to compliment the staff as I observed them as hard workers in the serving the guests.

Not enough towels and tolietries because the backlog caused a shortage, This was a grave inconvenience and disappointment. It seems to have made the staff's job more challenging

The breakfast was good; excellent location.

The dishes were loaded in the dishwasher but wasn't washed. The wasn't enough towels for 2 people there were only for 1 person. When I went to the front desk to get more the Service clerk had an attitude and didn't give me another set, I had to wait until the next morning to get another set of towels.

I enjoyed my suite. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and fresh.

I wish there were eating utensils in the room (plastic preferred). Also, I didn't like the lack of security. I saw an Atlanta police truck sitting in a spot "near" the hotel, but no one patrolling the grounds via on feet or vehicle.

I literally liked everything about the location, the room was spacious and provided a kitchenette.

The only complaint that I have is that laundry should be free for guests.

Kevin showed EXPERT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He went beyond expentations to ensure we had the best stay ever. I will definitely keep staying at this location when I'm in Atlanta. I felt like we was Part of the HOME2 FAMILY. Slept like a baby. Have not stayed at a place that made me feel that comfortable in Years. It was very clean. Sanitizer all throughout the building. Simply the Best Ever. No loud noise and the suite was perfect.

There was nothing that I didn't like well besides they can not open the pool or serve breakfast any more due to the Pandemic

Nice clean room with great amenities! The bed was comfortable, the showers had Great water Pressure... full size fridge was useful!

The door handle to room 309 is about to fall off, the toilet in the bathroom is not completely bolted down and a little more light at the desk would have been nice.

Great place to stay near the airport.

The check inn wasn't expedite, they have problems to connect with the booking.com system and check if the reserve made was already paid by the guest.

The staff was very friendly. This place was extreemly clean. I felt very comfortable with their security. They was very up to date on Covid 19 pre cautions. The best part is that I slept like a baby.

I was told that we would receive sausage buscuits for breakfast and only got an apple, water and a box of cereal that had NO MILK. Which was very disapointing. As I also did not have a great choice of options to buy from there Store area.

The Hot breakfast bar was excellent, the only thing was there was no cereal/milk for my children; but the enjoyed the waffles, eggs and apple juice.

Make sure there is cereal and milk on the breakfast bar.
