Hotel was better then expected, was clean and bed was comfortable, shower good, secure hotel key cards required to access property, friendly staff on check in and check out. Would return again 👍

Room was close to outside side door( only accessible via key card) which was noisey on the 2nd night and late activity in hallway which kept me awake until early hours , hubby slept fine.

People banging the door and taking to loud in the hallway. the doors should close more softly not banging at the closing. there were guess that went in and out of the room more than 10 times, thats 10 banging noise.

Room was clean; King Bed with fridge and cooktop even though not advertised. Secure parking for our vehicle

Minimalist furniture in the room. No place to store your suitcase but on the floor, which is a major No,No in travelupgraded room furniture

Room was large/suite , a/c worked like a charm, great location, closee to lots of restaurants and airport.

For a suite all it had was a large bed, no chairs or table to sit at., also we had loud neighbors, not the hotels fault.

Beautiful service and accommodations. Truly appreciate that you all had amazing cleanliness. Bathroom was wonderful and clean. Kitchen area had everything and more for an affordable luxurious experience. Keycard security made me feel safe at night. I felt truly secure here.

It seems they have renovated the whole place. Staff was very friendly, they had fresh cookies and coffee by check in time. Very organized, this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in a while. Would book again.

Could have used bigger towels and more pillows.

Very clean, Beds are very comfortable, a shopping plaza that's near by with a lot of varieties In choice of foods and etc

The location it's in a secluded area was kinda scary at first but got use to it A little drive to downtown but not That bad

Easily accessible, very clean and quiet.

Decent place. Very quiet and clean. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. Very lumpy, wirery springy like and slightly noisy just when standing from sitting on the bed. Very slow to no drain from toilet (flush).

Clean, new and modern. Room came stocked with dish towels, dish soap, silverware, cups and pots/ pan to cook with. The front rest associate that checked me in was very friendly, kind and helpful. Pardon me for forgetting her name but the service that she provided was above and beyond.

The room was clean. The staff was great and the location was great.

The sound of children running around on the floor above me. This went past 9 o'clock at night. I informed the front desk and it continued. Also at 6:30 in the morning the same thing." Quiet Time " is supposed to be between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.
