Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus

The location was close enough to Fort Benning for my son's Airborne graduation ceremony. It was clean and breakfast was good, offering a variety of items. The lady who was attending breakfast was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was kind and helpful as well. The room was somewhat dated, but very clean and tidy. We would stay again!

Pool was closed.....please do not have housekeeping come early and knock... oh we're just checking. If keys are turned in its a go, if not dont knock until after 11am. We know when checkout is !!!!

The room was clean and very spacious and all the staff was pleasant. The bed was excellent, not sure what type of mattress but it was extremely comfortable.

I didn’t realize that the location was on the backside of the highway, I’m a light sleeper and that was a bit of an issue for me. Also the lock on the downstairs door to the parking lot was not always secure. It definitely needs to be fixed.

It was clean, the staff were polite, the pool was clean, and over all everything was amazing!

There were some flying ants in the room and a termite or ant that climbed into the tub with my daughter and I.

My son and I enjoyed the entire facility. The stay was only five minutes from the physician I came to Columbus to see. And the hot breakfast was the bomb! Some motels are still serving "bag" breakfasts. My sausage and eggs were on point! And those beds! They just held on to you. I hated to get up! It was liking sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely stay here again soon.

The chair in our room did have a spot on it. Bathroom is kind of small but we worked with it.

The location was excellent and it was near Our Family. The Hotel Is Quite and Very Very Clean. All Staff was professional and very Helpful. We was there for a family funeral. And It made what we was going through even more calm and peaceful.

We enjoyed everything, We had no complaints, Whatsoever 😍

we didn’t get to go to pool because they were cleaning during the middle of day and for almost 300 the tv should have more choices and the paint in the bathroom was cracked.

The hotel was clean and convenient.

There were 5 tour busses of college kids, so when we needed to get breakfast at 7am the line for food was too long and we had to leave without anything. Perhaps a warning that a large group would be staying to same time we were, I'm not sure but I was sad I didn't get any food.

The whole experience here was great. This was our second time there and we will stay there again if we come to this area. The breakfast was great! I don’t like Canadian bacon though lol. It’s too salty! The bathroom was a little small but those comfortable beds made up for that! M

The cost of the snacks are extreme! Wow!

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs and sausage looked soggy. I had a bagel. Really appreciated the coffee available throughout the day. The hot water for tea was also nice.

Shower was stopped up but they moved us to an upgraded room, handled it quickly and professionally.
