Excellent customer service. Pet friendly. They have decent breakfast. Close to everything! Target, publix, amc movie theater, panera, walmart, sam's. Close to a lot of fast food chains! Very accessible to everything! I did not regret choosing this hotel. Room was very clean and new. Big room, comfortable beds and with room amenities. I am highly satisfied! Jabri the front desk was very helpful! I love her! I love the staff!
The pool needs to be cleaned and maintained. It is green like algae

Nice large room. Great bed. Free breakfast was OK. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Sliding Bathroom door would not shut or lock. Top kept falling off shampoo dispenser in shower. Not many channels on tv. Couldn’t get Atlanta baseball game.

The breakfast met my needs. The only negative was the extremely slow elevator. Once I learned my way around I parked in the back and used the stairs which was closer to my room so I quit using the elevator. The fitness room was also good.
More ceral offerings like bran flakes and some more yogurt choices. Extra blanket in the room. The locking mechanism on the bathroom door would not function properly. My wife has a habit of locking the door and had trouble unlocking the door. The curtain between the bed and the sofa was a great item.

Very comfortable rooms as well as a clean lobby! The breakfast was fine but omg the apples on the front desk were soooo good!! 😫 Excellent location because restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores were in walking distance.
On the first day, there a was funky smell in the hallways of floor 3 & 4. Also, the elevator lost its lighting at night. House keeping needs more help so that they can clean properly.

It’s a small hotel. The staff is great though! Breakfast is okay, it’s complimentary but lacks enough variety. I love the customer service the most!

I loved how clean the facility was, the fact that the staff was so courteous and the hotel was located near places to eat & close to activities for the kids
Having to wait 3 hours after check in to actually get a room was a bit nerve racking caused up to change plans that we had made for the evening

We got there and didnt have to wait for somebody to attend us and thr room was clean and neat. It had all we needed: towels, soap, dry iron and sheets. We wills rent again in this hotel.
